I would just like to reiterate how horrible this bank and branch is. Been in line for an hour and a half. Line around the building and only one teller working. Its a Friday guys, did you not expect a little traffic today? Update. In line for another 2 hours today. Only 1 teller on. Just ridiculous that I am forced to deal with this. Hate Hate Hate this branch. Update. This wells Fargo branch is still the worst. Another hour plus wqit today. They are exploiting the pandemic to under staff the facility to save money on payroll. Drive through is closed and even with the line wrapped halfway around the building they only have 2 tellers on. Thanks wells Fargo for continuing to be the leading worst in the banking industry. Update. Today I have been waiting in line so long a child lost control of there bladder and used the restroom on the lobby floor. The guy at the front totally noticed but I guess decided not to do anything about it. So now there is a large puddle of in the middlenof the lobby. Been here over an hour waiting, drive through closed. Line wrapping around the building. It is Saterday March 12th 2022 at around 10:30ish.

All of you complaining about them being short staffed. Not sure if you're paying attention, but TONS of company's are SHORT STAFFED. People are not applying for jobs. The few people that do apply, more often THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, but they want to be paid. There is a product and service shortage across the USA. I don't work for WF and I know it's not fun when you have to wait forever, but this is our reality everywhere right now. Fast food, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. People call out left and right too. Thanks for your future understanding with all companies :) until things get better. Which who knows when that'll be.

The merchant services office is awful it’s not located inside the lobby, they let you waiting outside for a long time with all your cash in hand. Last time I had the wrecking sale in cash to deposit and I was waiting out side and when some one exit the merchant service door I enter and they told me to wait out side, I told them no that I had the weekend cash to deposit and that I was not going to wait out side. They made a big deal. “”So any bank robber or thief this will be your your spot to hit”” just wait out side on the Merchant service door.. Wells Fargo don’t care about customer safety..

My worst experience in customer service in this bank they don’t want to help us when we were there,I just wanted access to my safe deposit box I talked with the manager because the guy in front said I need to make an appointment for something they will take just a couple of minutes, but he said he can’t help me at the moment is really really bad service they never have a banker to help the customer, and it is not the first time that they do not want to help us.

Horrible place do not come here!!!! They stole my friends passport!!! Manager yelled at her “WHO WOULD STEAL YOUR PASSPORT?” “YOU HAVE NOTHING!!” En enpanol. My friend was humiliated and walked away! This is professional customer service how dare he treat her this way!!! I’m calling corporate after him and his whole branch!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever my husband cashed out his check to pay our rent and the worker by the door was asking another did he just cash out his check? Like its his account! We still pay rent in cash,Not everything is by card! And it always takes forever there bad service! Worst wells Fargo bank ive ever been to honestly!

Why is it, that all the Wells Fargo's in brown neighborhoods are always dirty with lines out the dam door?!?! I spent 45 mins in line on a Monday afternoon! It's always this busy and they never have enough tellers open! I'm closing my account and switching to Desert Financial!

I wish I can give zero stars , back in April this branch allowed someone to take 7000 dollars out my account from a teller.. that’s right a bank manager allowed a teller to give money out my account to someone else don’t bank with Wells Fargo and stay away from this branch

Very non professional. The manager was not informative when explaining why I couldn’t have a check deposited here. I’ve cash and deposited checks the same way in Scottsdale area. Have no trouble what’s so ever. This location may need to be retrained or some sort.

Horrible wait times at the drive thru an inside. My girlfriend that's on my acct sent her card in with my check an they were asking her for my ID. They never as for ID for deposite. I may be closing my acct to do to this one bank. Don't waste your time here.

They treat their commercial customers terrible. Took 3 times as long to get into the commercial banker than to go through the retail lobby. Nothing better than standing outside the building for 40 minutes in 110 degree weather to complete your deposit.

Yes, I love standing outside in 115 degrees weather because you won't keep the drive thru open and business accounts side only allow 1 person inside at a time. Has been this way for months at this branch.

Every time I go to this bank to cash my check they're always being very picky at everything. They're always coming up with ridiculous excuses to get their way. Horrible bank and customer service.

I've been going every Friday for the past 2 months and the Drive thru is closed. I feel the drive thru is the most safest thing to avoid contact with anyone since we are in a pandemic.

Two tellers for the 20 costumers. Too poor service. We have been waiting for almost 25 minutes here and some other people have been waiting outside under Sun, and too hot.

It's been declining in service over the years. Only two bankers and a line of people when I come in. The ATMs are constantly out of service or no cash available.

Terrible for local businesses to do their banking here 113 degrees outside and not given any choices but to stand in the heat and wait for over an hour

The atms never work to deposit !!!! Sucks having a location so close but can never use it and have to drive further away just to deposit some money!!!!
