"A local pizza place charged me twice, i wanted the second one taken off, i dislike the telephone automated system, and avoid it at all cost, so i went in to talk to a banker, and get it sorted, there was only one banker, and she said to call the automated service number, i tell her i would prefer to be helped by a banker, she sais she is the only one, and that she cant help me, she is busy, the ENTIRE BANK WAS EMPTY, LITERALLY! I OOK AROUND AND SAY YA LOOK AT ALL THE PEOPLE"
"About a year and a half ago I opened a savings and checking with this bank I have had numerous occasions of poor customer service today they closed both of my accounts with money in both accounts they will not tell me why I never had a NSF check or any issues and they also told me that they won't give me my money for 20 days hey thank God I did not use them for any of my investment accounts I am sticking with Bank of America who is always giving me great customer services and guided me wisely with investment accounts Ive told everybody I know and everybody I meet to pull their money out of Wells Fargo and not put any in I think they're going out of business"

Lately, this Wells Fargo branch ( located on 122 and Halsey) in Portland, has a substandard treatment for their customers. I am a WF customer since 2001, and I was treated today with no respect when I went there to clarify a Wire Transfer issue. I waited half hour till someone asked me what I want. Then refused to help me and suggested me a schedule after 2 weeks . My issue was an urgent one , but the banker did not want to listen to me. Unbelievable. I wanted to talk to the manager and that opportunity has not been offered to me . The banker told me that the manager will call me, but never happened . And the activity was not busy today , only few customers were here . I am thinking not to go anymore to this branch ! They have no respect to their loyal customers.

She kept demanding for my Social Security card I don’t carry my Social Security card with me I don’t know anyone who carries a Social Security card with them unless you want it to get stolen
I had the worst experience at a bank I have ever dealt with. I just needed to deposit some cash get a money order. The teller Gabrielle took my $15 in ones and proceeded to question my bills authenticity. Walking to her coworker and having them hold up my $1 bills. This is incredibly embarrassing. Who the hell would fake $15 worth of bills. She also threw my money order the the slot. The vibe was very passive agressive. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo my entire adult life. I will no longer bank with your company.
I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness given to me. I showed up without an appointment yet the Manager Jered Johnson was so attentive was able to get the assistance I needed. I was attended by Cherry Pearl, whom immediately went above and beyond to assist me! Both Jered Johnson and Cherry C Pearl are amazing, polite and knowledgeable. They made my visit a wonderful experience.
Went into this branch yesterday and was very impressed with the staff and the customer service. My needs were more detailed and I sat down with the branch manager Shauna. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and she made me feel very at ease. I left feeling confident that all of my needs were met. The team at 122nd is lucky to have you.
Have been with Bank for four years. Not happy lately due to illegal accounts being set up by employees . I want to trust where I bank! I have to give credit to good service, friendly employees. I give bad service to the VIP,S who did not do job watching out for the thieves who worked for them. Shame!!!!!
I'm pulling my wells Fargo accounts after what has happened today. They claim fraud happened on my accounts then wont finsh replacing my accounts after they canceled them phone support drops calls after 2 hold why should I bank with them ....?I don't know why but im not any more
Usually a line, but not to bad. You may have about a 15in wait at the most. That's been my experience, at least at the 102nd and Halsey location. Pretty friendly employees, but sometimes the could have an extra teller helping. I'm ok with this bank, that's why I bank there..
Haven’t had a problem, maybe is because I rarely come into the bank. If I really NEED to I will and so far they’ve been pretty good experiences. There are some employees who give dirty looks but I just stare back in till the back off :> Update : horrible customer service
Tienen un trato déspota y xenófobo. Soy cliente del banco hace años y me dijeron que no era mi banco y por ende no me cambiaron un cheque en efectivo, cuando es habitual que en otras sedes me lo cambien sin problema luego de mostrar mi identificación.
The most efficient customer friendly staff in the Portland Vancouver metro!!! I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and had so many issues that this branch takes care of with no complications. Will never go anywhere else
I'm a customer of wells fargo. I went in to have something notarized. The teller told me that they "don't do that " I went to my main branch, no problem. This location is out of touch. Please inform your employees better!
This bank has long lines and a few rude managers. Wells fargo also has several monthly service fees that are ridiculous. I have been calling the phone and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Don't bank here.
They really need more tellers. Standing outside in the weather, granted today is nice, is ridiculous. Might be time to move to a staffed bank and out of the cold. Would not recommend.

People at this location called the police on me simply all I wanted to know was my check deposit i did. They really treated me like a minority. Super RUDE

This branch displayed poor customer service. Sloth-like slowness. I had to wait so long that I thought I was being punked.
The bank manager is rude and condescending to customers and the investment broker only cares about making his goals.

The branch is always open during the week until 6. Just pulled up and their closed at 530.
