Great if you like being treated like a criminal while wasting your time. No customer service. Merchant services are criminal at best. Any services offered by this bank locks the customer into an agreement, while Wells Fargo constantly ups the agreed upon price without notification or consent.
I usually have a pleasant experience at most Wells Fargo locations, except for today at the Ridglea branch. I came in to do the same exact transaction that I have done several times at this location. However, the person assisting me today
I've banked at Wells Fargo for 8 years now. Despite WF having had some problems in the past, I have to say that I've experienced nothing but great service. They have an uncanny eye for flagging and getting in front of fraudulent charges.

They Don’t give you right information and waste your time. Most front bankers don’t know what they re doing.
I’m greeted by all the staff every time I come in and the service is always quick and accurate.
