This location has rude and unhelpful staff the several times I have been in. Worst thing is that have the time their ATM machine doesn't take cash deposits. And they do not have an indoor ATM machine for safety reasons. This branch location either needs to fire their current manager or close the location all together.
Had to come IN TO A BANK to do something I should have been able to do over the phone to begin with so I was already irritated when I walked in. However, when I arrived at 3:40 they told me I needed to talk to THE banker as if there is only one, and she was at lunch. Lunch? It’s 3:40 and you close at 5?

Absolutely the slowest drive through around. I've been in line for 25 minutes, with only 3 cars in front of me. Now only 1. The last couple of times this happened, I thought it was a fluke. Now I think it is a pattern. Too bad because the lady is nice.
This is the absolute location to do any business with. Over 20 minutes to do a deposit. Asking questions that are not required for a 10K plus cash deposit. Instead asking getting all the info they need at once, they ask a question then come
Today we went Wells Fargo bank I notice if u find any thing some customer property and notified them.They have no words Thank u or kind words. I called manager she didn’t know this incident. They need lots of learning about customer service.
Came into Wells Fargo at 4:00 store closes at 5. And was treated very Rudely by MIRA. I opened an easy pay card a month ago and during hurricane Harvey was trying to use my card to buy food , pay bills and take care of very important things
Literally the worst banking branch I have ever spoken to, Wells Fargo or otherwise. If you have a need, do not go here. They blow you off, send you on a goose chase, whatever they can do to not actually try to get to resolution on anything.

Please save your time and go to another branch. We’ve experienced nothing but unsatisfactory customer service. Employees here are not helpful in trying to resolve your problems. All they’re concerned about is passing their hours.
I have always had a smooth experience at this location, and the manager Edgar is extremely helpful, always goes above and beyond to help customers-even with the smallest tasks. Friendliest location in Houston that is for sure!
The African American lady told us to wait for her when we stated(as she asked) what we were there for, then when it's finally our time, she told us she has a appointment coming up. Wasted us more than 20mins for nothing!
The customer service here was wonderful. I needed an urgent appt to see a banker and all other banks didnt have any location. They squeeze me in with Tammy and in about 10.min, Tammy managed to get my transaction done.
Worst bank they have 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon and a line out of the door. Then charge a $7.50 fee to cash a check this is why I no longer bank with these people horrible customer service

Worse customer service. Came in and told me that I needed an appointment. Then I ask him if I can sign up for an appt and he said I need to do that on the app. Craziness!!
This Branch has become much better over the years It used to be pathetic and I have previously rated it a one star. The Manager here now has done a terrific job.
For such a nice location Wells Fargo should have better trained bankers who listen to you better. Avoid this location unless you want to waste your time.

Wells Fargo used to be my bank, but over 10 years of new fees without notice and a drop in customer service, I am no longer banking with them.
Bankers are very helpful and attentive to your needs. Lots of smiling faces and very friendly service, let alone the nice location.
Most useless branch… Only have one banker available at all times, and appointments are booked out for three days.
