This place is horrible, no one wants to help. Everyone is standing around talking, laughing and saying they can't help unless an appointment cancels. I got here at 9a.m it's 10:33 a.m and I have not been seen. The lady that appears to be in charge is racist. Bank of America here I come.

Giving this location two star because, the mobile atm is the worst. It’s out of order almost once or twice a week it feels like. This makes it so inconvenient. And when you park to walk up to the atm located outside it’s out of order at times as well. Ghetto!!!
There’s honestly no reason for there to be a bank here when ATM does not work 99.9% of the time. I’d rather go to Randalls. Might as well just close down permanently and sell the lot because something else that benefits the community can be put there !

It’s always a long line only like one or two girls in the front. They need to do something about this. Make sure if you plan to go here you’ll be in there an hour at least. There’s more people walking around than actually helping a customer.

In the drive thru they help the regular line first before helping commercial. If there are any cars in the regular lane and ypure the only one in commercial, plan on waiting.
