    "Soo I went to Wendy’s to purchase my food the guy was very rude and I was told the prices were changed after I was made to pay more the same guy comes out and changes the prices this is unacceptable I should’ve been given what was out there and then he writes a number down for the mgr Ana whose mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a VM ! This is the worse Wendy’s ever I have never been treated so bad; also eeveral days after I went back to get a frosty and a sandwich I pull up to the speaker I sit for 20 minutes no one said anything I proceeded to go to the window I see a huge young man he looks back and proceeds to finish what he was doing with a headpiece on his head he fills the drink and then comes to the window the guy opened the window he didn’t even greet me so;I ask for the frosty he then said NO ;I was like wait what he then replied No again I replied Nooo he then replied the machine isn’t working and closes the window and walked off this is ridiculous so then I pulled off! I will never go there again 3508 S Dairy Ashford this has not always been like this but now it has gotten out of hand!pictures of him switching the signs and my receipt price!"

By far the worst experience. Drive through line was long so we went inside to order. It took them 10 min to take our order. The cashier did not even acknowledge us. We were obviously ready since after taking the guest’s order in front of us and he still wants to ask after 10 min if we were ready. No apologies. I had to ask for my drink cups. No ice, soda machine was flat but I was fed up by now. The person behind us got their order before us and they had burgers. I got up and when I got there I heard they said no do this one now. Why? Because we were before them and they were barely getting our food. We went to the car because I didn’t not want to be in that place. I was nice to not get a refund and just go somewhere else. Note that all the 8 cars in the drive through were gone plus any more that came after. Ridiculous! We are in the car just to find out that they gave us 3 tenders instead of 4. I was beyond upset. I went inside to tel them how horrible their service was and how ridiculous it was. The manager was there as well. They ATLEAST gave us 4 more tenders but I couldn’t eat my food after that. I hope they better their service soon and get some retraining. I have worked at restaurants before and this was just straight up trash!

On June 12, 2022 on a Sunday at around 1:34pm. The black lady who took the order rushed me (this is to try know who exactly did it) she didn’t listen to what I was ordering and had the nerve to tell me “look at the screen” which I was obviously staring at and I saw she put 1 sandwich instead of two and she had the right to actually tell me to open my eyes and see what’s on the screen. She was rude and at the end of the day she messed up my order. I wanted normal chicken nugget for my baby but she made it spicy. I wanted two large drinks she gave me one large and one medium. I was skeptical about going there because I had a bad experience there before. Lo and behold another bad experience. You can’t just hire people and throw them up there to work. They will handle it like they do their homes. These people need training and consequences for their horrible customer service. I work in customer care and I give it my all. I even respected her by saying ‘ma’am and thank you’ but she was not easy to place order with. I know the owner won’t do anything about this but this must be said.

I go to order inside and the doors locked so I get back in my car and go through the drive thru. I order a #6 and a spicy chicken sandwich and have a coupon for a free baconador fry and free Jr frosty for $15.58. I get to the window and pay and look in my bag and I'm missing a sandwich. I tell the girl and she asks which ones missing so I have to go in my bag and open my sandwich up to see which one. The manager comes and listened to the spill and finally asks me to pull forward. After 4 cars pull through behind and past me they finally bring out the sandwich. Now my foods cold and my frosty is melted and my fries are limp...smh! Why is it my fault they messed up and I have to pull forward . Why can't the manager just kindly take my bag and redo my order so everything isn't cold and or melted? This Wendy's is close to my house and now the experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know how long it's going to be that I'll feel comfortable going back

Worst Wendy's I have been too. First off I tried to order a potato they were out which isn't that bad but second I order the cheese fries, after serving the lady in front of me the same kind of fries, and then all of a sudden another lady shows up that I didnt see place an order inside the guy then hands her cheese fries too and then proceed to tell me that they were out of cheese sauce and asked me if I wanted shredded cheese instead. I said no, but didnt offer me a refund for paying for something I didnt receive or offering me a different side item. The guy at the counter also keep asking me what my order was as he was looking at the screen. They were out of bottled water. I told my husband this who works right down the street from there and he told me that him and his co workers quit eating there months ago because they never get their orders right and are always out of food on the menu. I will never be back to this location!

The old lady who works at night with glasses don't need to be working there anymore. She talks to customers and employees any kind of way she wants. She's disrespectful and on top of that she has faithfully gotten my order wrong every time she was working the drive thru. She had the nerve to yell at one of the employees who was helping after a mistake she made ONCE AGAIN. She Barely got my order when I was speaking on intercom. Only heard half of it. The rest of my order had to be placed at the window when I pulled up. It takes everything for me and my wife not to snack back at her. You guys need better help. 5-6 months of this Dude. It's getting old.

The first time I went to this place, was questionable to say the least. They got my order wrong and the staff were barely paying attention. Lots of joking about without paying attention to the customers. I went back a few weeks later, and the staff rotation was very much different. I'm evaluating this place based on the results of those changes in rotation. This place, is perhaps the most professional Wendy's I have ever been to. The staff are very courteous, and prompt. I've never waited more than 2-3 minutes after paying for my order. The management definitely knows what they're doing, and I'd recommend this Wendy's location.

My sister went here today to the drive-thru order her food the cashier took her money she was asked to pull down to wait on her food after 15 minutes went inside to see what was going on and was told that the person forgot about her... not sure how this happened if she didn't even put in the order in the 1st place... she simply to ask for a refund.... This is also the same restaurant where she went in for interview from the advertisement on the drive-thru window guide to the interview and they didn't know what she was there for when she'd come there... better communication is needed

Slowest and most unorganized Wendy's EVER!! I would give this Wendy's ZERO stars if I could. Drive thru is a hot mess. Inside isn't open the hours they claim to be open. Had to tell the lady 5 times what my 3 drinks were. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and Jr bacon cheeseburger by themselves (not as a meal), didn't listen to special instructions for spicy chicken. Got to the window to pay and the spicy chicken wasn't on there at all. The special instructions were on JBC instead. By all means if you can avoid this place YOU SHOULD!!

It was a strange drive through set up to begin with. But all the drive through food signage was turned off. I thought they were closed. I drove through and there was a lady at the window. I asked are you guys open? She said, yes. I said the signs are dark. She said, let me get the manager to turn them back on. I drove back through, sign lights come on... Sitting in my car at the drive thru waiting to order food...was told to wait a minute 3 times as I could hear chatter because the speaker wasn't off...sat there over 10 minutes. After all that waiting and cars behind me honking...was asked if I wanted to come inside to order food! I said no because I had no intentions of getting out of my car! They had me to drive up to the window and order. I was waiting all of that time to be told they didn't have the Parmesan Caesar Salad! Really?! I drove off! Ultimately ridiculous!

This was my go to Wendy’s over any location. I would drive out the way to this location before others. Here lately, it’s been disappointing when visiting. From the service all the way down to the food. I encourage hiring someone who can multitask, not be on their cell phone, or have full conversations with others in the back that aren't customers. It'll create a much better customer service experience. I hope it gets better.

Nuggets wasn't fresh at all you can tell they been sitting up or most likely microwave to warm up, both burgers were bagged sloppy cold it self cheese everything cold, I felt the atmosphere wasn't right when I pulled up because after placing my order all she said was is dat it SMH. Too keep everyone safe from food poisoning don't eat at this location at all I guarantee u will be disappointed.

I visited yesterday & the manager was extremely rude. I asked a ordered my burger special & the order was completely wrong. So I took it back to have them fix it. Since it took a few minutes the worker was going to give me fresh fries & she instructed her to put them back. She had given me fries already. By this time I was annoyed. So I asked a question about how my food was made & she told to mind my business…..Never visit this location! Service is horrible!!!!

The night crew needs to work on customer service and timing. I went to the drive thru to order, they made me pull forward so they could bring my food out. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order. I only order a 4 for 4 and a biggie bag. That was it. I have been to several Wendy’s locations in Houston. I have never experienced a long wait time. This location needs work immediately. Better training or something.

Service was terrible I'm the only car in the drive through and there just making me wait they could not even take my order. So I get out to walk in and it's no customers inside as well so I'm talking to someone who suppose to be the manager and she does not help me as well. She skips me and proceeded to make me wait, I did not cat the older Hispanic lady's name but shes the manager with the burgundy shirt.

At this point, they either should close or change their opening hours. They are almost always closed in the evening starting at 7 pm, the funny is you can order online but the order is never ready for pick up. There is always some kind of issue, system down, machine doesn’t work, electricity out, water is off….or some kind of lame excuse to close down early.

Came here to order breakfast it says they open at 7. I sat in the parking lot and waited for the employees to go in and around 720 went thru the drivethru... he asked if he could take my order and when I asked about the breakfast sandwich there was no more interaction after that.. the sign says dining room open for carry out only and when I tried to go in both doors were locked... .. not worth the hassle

This has got to be the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I waited 6 minutes before anyone took my order. Car were piling up behind me, but no one was in line in front of me. What were they doing that they couldn't take my order. A lot of people, like me, only get 30 minutes for lunch. You can't waste half of that time waiting for someone to take your order. It's all in the title "Fast Food".

Waaaay too much horse playing and giggling behind the speaker. Extremely frustrating when attempting to order. Everytime I tried to order an item I was told they were out, then the girls started horse playing AGAIN!! I asked them to "get it together and tell me what you have." The girl told me I was "rude" and I could "drive off." So that's what I did.. took my business else where.

I know that they have food because I just ordered about 10 minutes ago when they sold to me 4 meals but I forgot something and went back and she said they were closed. And common sense says check you're bags anyways regardless where u go but seriously here check you're bags ppl on you're order. U say one thing and get something different

The food was good it was just very empty. We were the only customers, they forgot my bacon but it was no big deal. The staff was nice but again it was just very empty. And considering its emptyness there were a lot of drinks out of stock on the drink machine. Which was odd in my opinion, like they hadnt restocked the syrups in several days.

Always good during lunch and dinner. If they make a mistake they will make it right, no questions asked. But don't go in the morning. They don't have enough people working in the mornings and so sometimes they aren't open on time, and if they are, you could still wait over 20 minutes to get your order.

Seems to be a toss-up with this restaurant. Sometimes the food is good and other times it's barely cooked. Today we ordered 5 baked potatoes and 4 of them were almost raw. We had to re-cook them because we couldn't cut into them, even with a knife.

They DO NOT honor their posted hours of operation. Some people work late and have nothing else to eat after work but fast food. It would be nice if it stayed open until it states on the door.

Took two days to replace my order the potato was old and the chicken on my salad was cold as hell the store mgt is nasty as hell. She need to be retrain in customer service. Will not revisit

They gave me fries that was dropped on the floor how I know is because I had a hair ball in my fries and the fried tasted like the cleaning stuff they use on the floor. Very disrespectful

The men's room was absolutely disgusting. Broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, no paper towels, broken soap dispenser. I won't eat at a place that can't take care of their bathroom.

Burger and nuggets were both under cooked and I had to wait for the nuggets so I'm not sure how fresh out of the oil nuggets are under cooked.. I won't visit this location again
