I was feeling a little intimidated about going through buying a used car, not being much of 'car head' myself. After finding the car online, they put the car on hold for me, which seems simple but after turning up to other car dealers and finding the car was sold, it was a good start. I met with both Adam and Les, over two visits and they were both very easy to deal with, had a good sense of humour and were really knowledgeable about the car I was buying. Upon picking up the car, Adam even took the time to pair/bluetooth my phone - which meant driving home with GPS set up. Nice. When I'm ready to buy a new car, I'll be making the trip from the city to see these guys again. I also took finance with these guys and the rates were competitive with other providers and better than the banks.

I could not recommend Laurie (Service Manager) and Brenton (Sales Manager) enough. We are interstate customers and purchased a vehicle and had it shipped to Queensland. These two have gone above and beyond to help us. They are the most kind and down to earth two people I have ever done business with. I cannot rave about them or their customer service enough. Never have I felt that a car yard (especially a car salesman) would be as genuine as these two. Every vehicle I purchase from here on in will be purchased through Werribee Auto Group. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go anywhere else! Anywhere else you go will give sub-par service. We recommend Werribee to all family and friends who are purchasing a vehicle. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I recently was in the market to purchase a new car and organise a trade in for my current car. This dealership sells Jeep as well as Dodge Chrysler off the floor in Werribee. The sales people are good where as the after sales and warantee issues are slow to be solved. Atleast with ourselves they were. The Jeep that we have is a good vehicle, one that my wife and i are very happy with, that we are happy to go anywhere in. Overall owning a jeep has been a very positive experience.

Terrible VW dealer, sky high dealer delivery wouldn't negotiate on it, signed for a car that was supposed to be like the demo and they tried to pass off a lower spec car with no satnav and smaller screen and saying that they are optional. Very pushy to get a deposit and signature.

It's a car dealership, I mean you're kidding yourself if you think you're going to find one that isn't going to rip you off. They're all in it to make money, Ben at Werribee at least made the experience bareable and I'm excited for my new car I know I paid too much money for.

I was researching my options for a brand new NISSAN Patrol V8 which is slightly under 100K. The salesperson was super caring, respectful and welcoming. 5 stars for friendly sales staff, which is the first step in earning your trust moving forward with purchasing the car.

Mazda has been the most trustworthy and reliable dealer service for me for over 30 years. I tried saving money going to other service ended up scrapping the car the repairs to fix the car computer, and transmission were not worth it. I will now stick to Mazda!
