I wish that I could gift this place 0 stars. **DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!** They are nice and accommodating up front... because they are getting money from you. That’s all they care about. I was in desperate need of a vehicle… And bought from here a few months back. Within a month of having this car.. it died on the side of the road. Come to find out it had a old battery in it that had battery acid leaking out of the side. Which I learned could have eventually been deadly. So I had to get that replaced... and that’s when the trouble started. Second.. every time I would turn the AC on and off there would be a loud clicking noise in the car. About 2 months ago I had to make an emergency move back to the Dallas area from Austin... so I have been living here. And about 3 weeks ago on the highway my car started wobbling and jumping in signs of transmission issues. Not too long after it broke down on the side of the highway ... AGAIN. And wouldn’t crank. (Side note ... I also drive like a grandma and baby my cars and take really great care of them) I had to have it towed 30 miles to an auto body shop. It’s been there for a few days now. The shop is now telling me that the damage is pretty substantial and could cost a lot of money. And I just don’t have the money for that to fix a vehicle that shouldn’t be having these issues in the first place. IVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 4 MONTHS!! I wasn’t expecting to buy a project car from place. I called them to let them know about the issues and that I am pretty upset about it… and I was cut off and told that they were going to call me back in a few minutes. After waiting for a while I got a callback… And I began to explain the issues… And my boyfriend try to explain as well. The Hispanic lady that ALWAYS answers the phone (very rude and short with people) knew exactly who I was and told my boyfriend she doesn’t need to talk to him… And to give the phone back. I proceeded to explain the issue in more detail… And she cut me off within five words and said I did not inform them that I moved. Which is hilarious.. because anybody knows that if you buy a vehicle from somewhere you don’t need to tell the dealership where you move. She then proceeded to tell me that she has my social and all of my information (which is definitely a threat) and that they are going to file a lawsuit against me. This is a freaking joke. If you are reading this... do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are con artists!!!

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with the vehicles there or not even worse the down payment. I purchased a vehicle from them several months back. In that time it came to my attention prior to me purchasing the vehicle they had put in a timing chain. The only reason I found out was the vehicle started having problems from the timing chain. Even though their mechanic put it in I still had to pay them $400. I picked up the vehicle unfortunately I had a vehicle parked for over a month I started driving it and today the vehicle has leaked all the oil. Upon calling I was told yes we did do you the oil change and oil does not leak out it comes out all at one time. But go ahead and bring the vehicle back in the same mechanic will look at the vehicle. Then will get back to you on what you need to do to fix it . Twice your mechanic is worked on the vehicle and the damage to my vehicle is getting worse I’m supposed to take it in yet again for him to work on it? Maybe this time he’ll just buy the motor. But I will gladly look at it to tell me what I need to do to fix it. I was told the vehicle was completely serviced as far as oil changes when I purchase a vehicle a week later I found out that was a lie. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone they pray on taking peoples money and selling lemons. I have never had this kind of problem with a vehicle or a dealership. And don’t even try to call the manager is rude will not let you speak will speak over you and then question you while you’re getting upset with her. Worst customer service ever. They only got one star because you have to leave one star in order to leave the post.

This is the worst place to get a car from ! They are horrible they sold me a car that never worked. I did tell them within the 1st 24 hours there is something seriously wrong with the car and wasn’t safe to drive. 2011 Chevy equinox white don’t buy it! They have now had the car back over 2 weeks and still don’t know what’s wrong with it! The manager Nicole had the nerve to ask me if I knew what was wrong with the car? I do cause I took it to a real mechanic and he told me exactly what was wrong with the car. And I never received plates for the car I kept getting temporary plates cause the car could NEVER pass inspection. So over 6 months I’ve had paper plates. And I’m trying to get ahold of the owner and big surprise they won’t pass me to the owner. One of the receptionist Paula decided to raise her voice at me instead of giving me the owners information! And the sales boy Tito never told me about the 30 day trade in policy until I hit 2 months with the car.

I had been searching for quite some time for a good safe reliable vehicle for myself and to transport my small grandchildren. West Auto Sales was literally the last stop on my search. With their help, I found the vehicle I needed. I was provided with outstanding service by Rito in finance and he made what is normally a nightmare phase of the car buying process an absolute breeze and found me some incredible financing. He has essentially held my hand throughout the entire process and even after you leave the lot, where most car dealerships will boot you out the door after you’ve made your purchase and hope to never see you again, Adam makes sure that he’s here for any questions and any help you might need. If you’re in search of a vehicle by all means at least put Rito and this dealership on your list to check out !!!

Sold me a vehicle that ran hot as soon as I left the lot... took a month to replace it and once they replaced it with another vehicle it needed work that was costly, do u think they helped with the cost NO!! And not only did they not help they were VERY rude and argumentative with me about everything. I asked if they could let me do a partial payment in order to have a little extra to pay for repairs and they told me no and if I didn’t pay they’d repo smh please buyers beware.. I don’t want anyone else going through what i am going through with these ppl please go anywhere else BUT here . My experience has been a nightmare and they aren’t trying to do anything to fix the situation

The 2 years experience of financing my vehicle with the company and getting to know their staff I hands down give them five stars. The company staff has great customer service and auto service team which I have had my vehicle serviced through them to change the motor oil and switch out the brakes when due. I have never had any issues with Dolly, my vehicle, and I gives thanks to the company and their staff. West auto sales is my go to affordable preowned vehicle dealership that I recommend everyone to check them out and purchase or finance like it did. I want to thank West Auto Sales again for Dolly, my vehicle, and all of their great work.

Terrible dealership. My car salesman Tito let me have until May 6th to put 1000$ down payment. Then the car went bad. Check engine light battery light oil light. Power steering light. All lights came on and I didn’t see it as a big deal I let the dealership know & they acted like they didn’t care. Than I call maybe a week later & talk to the main person & tell her when will the car be ready & she says she wants 1200$ for me to even get the car back & I brung up how Tito said till May 6th she said “Tito can say whatever he wants he’s just a salesman. “I can repo your car with or without the keys”. Go anywhere BUT here. Buyers beware.

Bought a Jeep back a couple of years ago from them. The jeep broke down just hours from driving it off the lot. Hot fluid was gushing from the passenger side floor from inside the vehicle, I was terrified. I had a toddler and I was pregnant when this happened and when I called the dealership, all I was told was there was nothing they could do. No wonder the sales person was really trying to rush the sale. It was such a horrible experience with this dealership from the overall customer service and all. I refuse to buy from them ever again and I always let my family and friends know not to too.

Compre una silverado 2014 se veía todo muy bien hasta 2 semanas después empezó a sonar y para mi sorpresa era el motor $6,000 para arreglarlo y enseguida la transmisión empezó a fallar $5,000, siempre pongo un seguro para motor y transmisión externa a mis carros así que mi aseguranza pago, no recomiendo para nada este lugar, te tratan bien hasta que compras, no me llegaba el titulo así que llame para ver si me podían ayudar y en pocas palabras me dijeron que ese no era su problema, te tratan muy bien hasta que obtienen tu dinero.

I literally just got yelled at by an employee there, and the general manager refused to speak to me, about them charging me for payments I didn't agree upon. I should have paid them with cash and not trust them with my debit card, because they are liars and thieves. It's to bad for them they took advantage of my trust, because I wont be purchasing any vehicles for my personal use from any of their branches. The next family car my girlfriend purchases will be with a well established and trusted dealer.

They will look you in the eye and sell you a lemon of a vehicle. We took the car home on the word that they fixed the engine light issue and then after the standard 60 miles driven, the engine light came back on. They refused to fix the now advanced issue until confronted with their negligence to which they became aggressive and argumentative. Inspection was "passed" somehow with a broken headlight. Please look around before you buy.

The vehicle I bought was ok. Had some issues, I fixed it without their help. They did not service these vehicles. They topped the oil to make it look like they did an oil change. Oil was black. When I did the oil change. No tune up. It's all about the dollar, not the safety of their customers. They'll sell you anything junk or lemon. Nice staff is the only thing good, as far as there vehicles do a thorough inspection before you buy.

I had an amazing experience working with Nicolette and Alejandro! They assisted me in getting to their location, worked most of the numbers and everything through messaging and were willing to work with me so that it was all ready by the time I got there. The cost of the car is way more than the value. Stuff starts breaking after a few months and after what my ex father-in-law went through Im sure any request for help will be denied since the car is AS-IS. I totally regret buying from here and wish I could go back in time but thats wishful thinking. I say this car will last me about 1 year before it completely breaks down.
