This clinic is everything you want for your rabbit. Not only they were among the first ones to have a RHDV2 vaccine ready after the outbreak, they have been nothing but compassionate and caring. Archie was neutered a few days ago, and even though I was really worried about the surgery, everything went so great. They kept him there all day and when we picked him up, he was fully awake and already eating and pooping. His recovery is going as smoothly as I could ever imagine. They even called us the next day asking how he was doing, which proves they truly care about the animals they treat. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

My Rabbits, Tibbers, Pekoe and Poppy have been patients for quiet a few years. Dr. Potter and Dr. Rurak has given my pets exceptional care. Her staff are caring and compassionate and have a can do attitude. There has been a two emergencies with my buns where I had to take them in within 24 hours and luckily they were able to board them and tend to them when they can. I would highly recommend booking in advance to ensure a slot as they are heavily booked. Thank you West Boulevard Team!! The community is so appreciative to have you.

Everyone from the front line staff to the vets are stellar. Everyone remembered me and my pets, and even asked about my family. They took amazing care of my buns throughout their entire lives and when it was time to say goodbye, they were supportive and empathetic throughout the entire process, accommodating me with appointment changes when I wasn’t ready and squeezing me in when it was time. They sent me a sympathy card for each passing that every staff member signed. Incredible care both professionally and personally!

Excellent; rabbit savvy. I really wish they ran some kind of emergency extension/on call service, but that's wishful thinking in a stupid world. I highly recommend if u own a rabbit, it's diffuclt to find exotic vets in Van. So far I have always felt treated fairly and with care. Friendly front stand, pleasant on the phone, and caring vets. Recommend. Went for my bun's yearly check up. He is very healthy and was taken great care of by the vet. Excellent staff.

You know your Vets are great when your dogs actually get excited to see the door and want to rush in. We are so lucky to have found this clinic as everyone takes special care with our Cairns. The care our little special needs guy gets is particularly appreciated.. he needs that extra love. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My pets and I are always happy to arrive at West Boulevard because our experiences there are reliably excellent, whether it be for something minor or major. I am a long term client and I have never had any reason to doubt the ability of the vets and support staff or the great care and love given my furry family members.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. All our concerns and questions were answered and we felt that our dog has been cared for and his needs met more than 100%! I also appreciated the reminder for our annual check up via text message, it made it very convenient for me to book an appointment.

We took our holland lop here for over a decade! Dr. Potter and Dr. Rurak are amazing! They had taken good care of our rabbit until he passed of old age. We moved further away from the clinic, but still come back here with our puppy because we know they care.

Best vet in the entire world. I have been bringing my bunny to them for as long as i can remember. They are happy to help whenever you need. Great customer service. Overall just the most amazing team and an all around amazing vet.

The staff are all amazing and I am so grateful that they have been helping me care for my elderly westie. Ten Stars, honestly.
