Did MOT and didn’t submit it! Then claimed maybe we came for other reasons and not MOT meant I was driving for months without MOT! They agreed to redo MOT and had to change parts but, which cost an addition £150. I payed in good faith that all was well, but steering was not correctly aligned and didn’t check before giving the car back! When I went back they blamed me for not checking and said this is normal and wanted to charge again to fix the issue they caused by replacing what they said was broken in the first place!

Outstanding customer service the minute I walked in, the staff was very welcoming / friendly Had a chat about my BMW 3 series had couple of problems with my abs and wheel speed ring, made me feel very at ease and the service was quick with not a long wait at all. My car now feels amazing and so smooth to drive. The price wasnt expensive at all and just got the job done. Very impressed so will definitely be going back as now he will be my personal mechanic GOOD JOB GUYS !!!! Thanks

Friendly people but very bad on fixing, put the wrong discs ,after being there a few times they didn't even realised they've done it wrong and offered other excuses with unexistent problems, not even bothered on refunding even though because of them I had to pay twice for the same problem . In all honesty I never write reviews but I do not recommend them , and as a suggestion always go to two different places for diagnostic if you don't want to be scammed.

Lovely people. I went to two different garages and the first quoted me such a high price to fix my exhaust , I reached out to west london motor services after and they told me it can be welded into and I didn’t need to purchase a whole new unit, saving me hundreds in the end. Excellent work was done. These guys are honest and on the customers side. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Took my car for service here after a friends recommendation and i wasnt disappointed. Serviced my car fully and changed tires at very reasonable price compared to previous garage i used to use. Not sure about all these reviews. Not happy with the service or the price. You agree with repair price before the repair, when you go to get the car the ask you for more money with more excuses. Thought this will be the only garage I will use but no way after charged me more than the what we agreed on 3 times

I had an emergency and had to get my car fixed right away. I explained the situation and they went over and above to get me on the road. Reasonable prices and good customer service. My car is running like a dream. Thank you to everyone at West London Motor Services.

My needed mot, but it fail. But was told at 10am its going it will be ready at 7pm after repairing. I was working at 4pm. I was so impressed that work on the car was doing at 3pm. I will definitely use them again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you again .

Friendly people, brought my car, left it for repairs and went to work, came back and job was done with no issues. I don't leave reviews usually but they deserve all the good reviews since I've always had good service and a few laughs with the chaps working there.

After MOT and minor repairs received the car with the distorted steering wheel. They didn't ask if I want this to be adjusted, just gave it back like this. When I come back with a complaint they said it was not a safety concern!

Brought my car for wash how ever it wasn't that dirty ,the guy charged me £20 for nothing didn't even wash it properly and it took 30 minutes. Very poor service and bad attitude towards customers
