Best experience I've had at a Garage. I checked prices with various reputed garages such as halfords and they were quite high. I was expecting a high price initially when I asked for a price quote at Philip Reygate because it was a very professional looking place. However, they quoted me a reasonable price and all the parts they ordered were of high quality. Staff were very professional and polite throughout the process. They also carried out few minor fixes without even asking them or charging me extra ( e.g. fixed my broken car mirror and filled up the screen washer liquid). Thanks very much for a great customer service.

I had the pleasure of taking my car to West Wickham Service Station today. I needed a full service and MOT. I have to say, as a widow that is not used to dealing with “ these things” Tony, Gill, Steve and the team went above and beyond to make everything extra easy and comfortable All I can say is “WOW” I’ll certainly be recommending them to all and sundry and will never go anywhere else. Not one to post a negative review but this ruined my day. Went here for a car service. Found a problem post service that was not an issue pre-service. Tried to discuss this with the company and the man I spoke to was rude, unnecessarily aggressive in his manner and just unpleasant. Iv just moved to the area and I wouldn’t recommend. Used other local small businesses since and all others have been lovely.

These people are buy far the nicest car front people ever, they didn't even ask for a review but I'm leaving one anyway, I'm only 18 but the women looked out for me with my applications and money, and never pressured me to buy the car, she was more concerned with me being skint after, such a loving women and husband, wish them all the best. The best dealer by far, had a decent offer on my car from James and job done, no hassle from individuals coming in looking at the car and changing their mind so you can drop the price! I took my wife's car in for an oil change. There was a quick turn around to get booked in the same week. James was knowledgeable and helpful and even with genuine Audi parts to protect the warranty they still came in at 25% less than the dealer wanted. Will definitely use them again.
