Hi my name is Ryan little My first visit was on4/7/2023 and I was absolutely amazed in side the building is absolutely beautiful comfortable chairs to sit while you wait for your appointment. I was recommended by a friend to come here about my bursitis in my left shoulder I was hesitant at 1st to come here, but I thought give it ago. So I did and I am so thankful for coming here the front desk was lovely and welcoming I cannot recall the doctor who I seen but he was so helpful he made sure I understand what he was going to do he made me feel at easy and this is my o my first appointment I am excited to go back next week for more treatment for my bursitis in my shoulder he has given me exercises to do which I’m looking forward to do I can’t believe how happy I am I can not wait to see the results of my injury. Improving if you have shoulder pain I highly recommend this place. And the person I seen was Avram Baldoria he was amazing by he was so ear lovely and made me understand what he’s going to do to help me I felt so comfortable with him and he made me understand what’s going too happen he was so professional and he ask if I had any questions. He knows he’s stuff I cannot default this practice the owner of this place should be so happy because I am happy just after one visit so far I don’t normally, reviews but if you are in any pain this is the place to go. I have recently put my neck in some discomfort by sleeping awkwardly. This has now turned into a pinched nerve causing me severe pain through my left shoulder and arm! I called Western Region Osteopathy in desperate need of assistance and was placed in the care of Mel. I have had 4 treatments with Mel, the most recent being this morning and i can say this with a hand on my heart.....she is a true artist at what she does. She has been treating my pain with acupuncture and after telling her of my fear of needles, she explained the entire process and what it would do and that there is no pain from it. She was 100% correct and I did not feeling anything. All 4 sessions have involved acupuncture and I am now able to sleep after many nights of not sleeping through the unbelievable discomfort. Do not hesitate to visit WRO as I can assure you they will have you pain free in no time!

Two opposites - a father who, in almost 70 years, has never been to a GP; a daughter who is the retail manager of a pharmacy, with a policy of "you never have to put up with .....". When I experienced continued acute hip pain, she won, and made the initial appointment for me at Western Region Health. Me? - petrified. Staff - brilliant. Avram - superb! So compassionate, so caring, so skilful. Avram's work is quite outstanding. The explanations for his treatment are really clear and concise, and the results are unbelievable. I particularly like the way he constantly considers the goals which I have when he outlines progress for the future. Thank you so much, Avram, for everything. I am so grateful. You're a genius.

I'm in love with Emma, I have been seeing her for about a year now, and she has helped me to lessen the pain in my back and shoulders! But today, I fell in love. I broke my ankle 9 weeks ago and have been going to the physio for the last 3 weeks and they have given me small exercises to help strengthen my ankle but my big toe was still really tight to the point I couldn't walk properly. Today, Emma changed all that at the end of our session she manipulated my toe and foot the best she could, and I felt instant relief. I walked out of there a very happy woman! Thanks Emma you're the best!!!

I have always found everyone to be friendly and very skilled in their roles at Western Region Health. I have been coming here since they first opened and have recommended others to use all their services as they can help in many areas and they keep expanding to benefit their clients. Jade has done an amazing job in not just expanding her business, but choosing and training a talented team that enables everyone to find someone to suit their needs.

As a long term patient at Western Region Health, I have been treated by some amazing Osteopaths - Shona, Tegan, Cherie. I am currently seeing Amanda Chandler and cannot speak highly enough of her. As a relatively young practioner, she shows abilities one would expect from a senior Osteopath along with a manner that truly shows her dedication and committment to her patients. Thoroughly recommend this young lady to anyone who needs her help!

I’ve said it a million times before, and I’ll say it a million times again, Jade and her amazing osteopathic practitioners at Western Region Health saved my life. Their thorough, ongoing and holistic approach to treatment have helped me overcome complex physical injuries, significant pain and movement issues, and have enabled me to lead a full and active life. Hello just an update from my last review ,just to let other people know that if your looking for a good osteopath practioner I reccommend asking for Phillip at the Melton branch as he has more experience than the other woman whom is in a higher position than Phillip why i dont know I seen her briefly which showed me the lack of experience she had so i left immediately .Thankyou kind regards James McCRAE

I had my first appointment with Dr Alanah Hayes and she was so kind to me straight off the bat. She was extremely understanding with all my problems and gave me multiple different resources to help follow up. Her treatment was effective and she always explained what she was going to do! Would definitely recommend, especially to young women who are struggling with their health.

First time to be referred to this clinic and I was impressed with the service that I experienced. My consultation with Dr Gretta was great - she is very knowledgeable and has answered all of my questions regarding my condition. Her massage therapy eliminated the pain and swelling that I have had for months. Please extend my appreciation for the outstanding work she does.

I can't thank WRO enough. I had major back pain and WRO was able to take me in pretty quickly. I was assigned to Peta for treatment. She is brilliant, the time she put in to understand my problem and come up with a care plan was great. Im back up on my feet and moving again and i couldn't of done it without her.

I highly recommend this Osteopathy. i saw Dr Phillip Audley - he is knowledgeable, understanding and listens to you. Great service from all staff and they are local too! I would definitely recommend them and go back in the future when needed. Keep up the great work and service!

Jade is amazing!!! I’m pretty sure she is a baby whisperer. Jade diagnosed my baby with a lip and tongue tie. Since then she has had a frenectomy, which has helped with my breast feeding journey. I can’t thank her enough for her ongoing support.

Today was my first visit to Western region health..my osteopaths name was David.. he was amazing the way he explained everything as he went along..he was very professional and easy to talk to..I highly recommend Western region health..

Highly recommend Avram Baldoria (Physio). Patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about a variety of physio issues/challenges. His explanation of management strategies were simple (but effective) and easy to follow.

All staff are so welcoming and caring. Every osteo is fabulous at what they do. The pilates room is amazing for cardiolates and rehab. I have been going to WRH for almost 6 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Avram fixed me today after weeks of pain. He is very knowledgeable and professional, the deep tissue sports massage was exceptional.

Only been there once but definitely knew what he was doing and fixed problems in my neck and shoulders I didn't even know I had
