Walked into this insurance excited to insure our second vehicle, which was a big life achievement for us. The agent was prompt to great me, however it quickly descended. I very much understand that insurance has to be done a certain way, and I was sure to be polite and understanding. This agent was not. She made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Acting childish by throwing her pen down and crossing her arms while on the phone with my dealer whom we had a great experience with. Calling his business terrible and “what kind of company is this”. She didn’t let me leave before making sure to write in the comments so I couldn’t go to another insurance place with the same paperwork I had received. Degrading woman. Good thing I work in customer service and have had many years experience keeping my cool and having patience. I currently hold house insurance and will NOT be returning to reider insurance with our new house purchase nor any other insurance. Be kind to people as you don’t know what they are going through. Just to top it all off, I went to another insurance business and they said “this has nothing to do with us” and shouldn’t matter. This was all due to simply not crossing off “outstanding balance due” on my bill of sale.

Honestly just not an overall great place to go. I’ve had issues almost every time I’ve dealt with them. I went in to get a new license after my wallet was stolen and the license wasn’t sent properly. I had updated banking information with them and ended up with an NSF after they entered the information incorrectly Most recently I was again trying to update banking info, and was told I couldn’t do it over the phone and I had to come in in person or EMAIL IT. I’m not quite sure how one would think emailing sensitive information was an ok request? I ended up calling western financial and they updated my information over the phone. We typically used reider because it’s close (prior to pandemic), but honestly anywhere else seems to yield faster, more efficient, and pandemic friendly results.

I’ve been here twice in the last year. First was to install my custom plates. The staff was very helpful with providing me with tools so that I can put in the new plates. Today, they helped me with renewing my driver’s license and policy. Staff was again very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Thank you for making that transaction a pleasant experience.

Good service but I fail to see why customers can't use washroom facility. A lockdown of washrooms within an essential service is not a requirement. Not very good as far as customer service goes, especially for people that have a medical condition that prevents them from waiting to get home. Covid is not running rampant because of washroom use.

The women who is usually is very polite & service is always fast if you’re wanting a replacement, to get car insurance or if it’s simply to renew your yearly premium. This auto broker has helped so many times over with my anxiety and not having to deal with a crowd of people like you normally would at a MPI service centre.

The atmosphere is welcoming and has a home like feel. I have done a my auto insurance here over the last many years. Recommend to others

Gotta see Exilda. She actually calls me when I'm about to expire so I won't get another ticket for expired license and or insurance. That and she's sassy. I recommend seeing her. Always a good experience espically taking a new drivers license photo. LMAO

I’ve been dealing with this insurance company for my auto insurance for quite sometime.Never had any issues. Always very friendly , explained any concerns I had. I have been dealing with the one on Munroe. Always a positive visit there !!

I will definitely never use them again. Staff isn't at all friendly and they actually act like you are bothering them. Nobody ever answers the phone you either get voicemail or any other location but Munroe Ave. Zero out of 10.

Dont go here until lockdown is over...no customers were in there and they still made me go back outside to call a number to secure a place in their non-existent line up. Terrible. Of course i went somewhere else.
