I walked in around 2:30 on a Saturday, there were two agents working on desks, neither of them acknowledged me upon arrival. No sign or anything suggesting people to kindly wait until called. I just had to read the room to just sit and wait until someone was available, with no understanding that either agent would see me, or any wait time frames. This location seems to not care about any other customers than the ones they're currently talking with. I'm quite disappointed as other locations at the very least greeted people upon arrival. It should not be up to the customer to interrupt agents to know they recognize me. Very cold reception to say the least. Once I finally was seated, I was dismayed to find that the only two employees were quite inexperied. Not only did they not know the answers to multiple of questions I had regarding my ICBC insurance, they lacked the skills to find that out. I had to almost teach them to even get their supervisor's contact. I don't fault the new employees for the haphazard level of service. It's completely unacceptable for this branch's management to schedule two trainees to staff their branch on their own. What a waste of time and effort - what's the point of an insurance broker if they can't make insurance easier?

I switched my tenant insurance from a different provider Westland. I have been doing my auto insurance with them for years and am always happy with their service - so wanted to have all policies with the same provider. Had a great experience working with one of their agents Srikanth. He was very knowledgeable, walked me clearly through my insurance options and even suggested a couple of options I had not heard about yet. He understood my situation and my needs and made a using Westland Insurance a very comfortable and easy experience

In person interactions have been good however it's impossible to reach anyone via phone or email. I've called several times on different days and have been unable to speak with anyone. Their website is only good for straightforward functions, but if you have questions or need help, good luck trying to speak with a rep.

Shockingly bad service, two new employees were left to work on their own with no support. Took over two hours to register and insure one car. If this is how they train their employees you should avoid.
