To stop my account for over drowning, i needed to deposit money to my account. I tried with the atm at my lunch time and was offline. Then came back after 4 pm and cash deposit was unavailable.. The worst atm. We need availability when we we are short in time. The worst

"Anna" at Westpac Brookside was very helpful yesterday, fitting me in without an appointment despite me being a walk-in. She is friendly and personable. Answered my many questions cheerfully too

Made a cash deposit into a friend's account. Received a receipt and anything over a grand they ask for phone number. Good service.

Westpac ATMs are always easy to use. This ATM is very clean and tidy and has no damage or graffiti on it what so ever.

The homeloan department manager was arrogant, disrespectful and disgusting. The worst bank and manager ever.
