Due to my unexpected situation, I couldn't bring my luggage along, thankfully I found out WhaleLO! I was really hesitant to leave my belongings there, but I had a great experience. The staff were so friendly, they supported me by giving me advice on how to deal with the situation and made me feel at ease the whole time. Will definitely use again!

Communication was excellent, everything was smooth.I decided at 1pm to store my luggage in the morning and they replied immediately,helped me to select the best office in HMC and assisted during drop off and pick up. I can only recommend,great service.
