My oh my, what a change. Last time I visited the food was ho hum, to not real good. So they have been off my rotation for awhile. But, 'K' wanted a patty melt and I gave in. First, the service was great. They were really busy on Friday night and they took my order in just a few minutes. The young man at the register knew how to make it work so all 4 orders (3 )custom were on the way in a flash. As I collected the drinks, I ran the dispenser out of tea. I let one of the servers know and she took my cup to the drive through to fill while another person refilled the dispenser, teamwork. Food out and the gentleman who took my order gathered up all of the bags, packed them into larger bags, took all the drinks and put them in a tray, then a bag to make carrying easier. He double checked the order to make sure it was right, Then he offered to walk the order out to the car. Bravo, double checked and 100% correct. Now the food, 'K's' Patty Melt, perfect, she loved it. 'A's' Grilled Chicken, excellent, the chicken breast was hot and juicy. My Double Cheese on Texas Toast, better that my last Dave's Double. If Whataburger can keep this up they'll move ahead of Wendy's on our rotation. Jersey Mikes should send their staff to Whataburger school, they can't ever get it right.

I went through the drive through at 4:30 am this morning and the lady helping us said there will be a 4 minute wait while her computer cash drawer opened up. We ordered biscuits & gravy, a breakfast burrito, and a cinnamon roll which was $16.00 and as I am waiting the 4 minutes I am looking at the floor inside which is covered in old french fries and dirt and garbage. When she told me the total, she didn't say please and imo, any time a business asks the customer to wait, the business needs to offer at least a complimentary coffee or a juice. The biscuits and gravy was runny and bland, the cinnamon roll was mediocre (microwaved), and the breakfast burrito was somewhat acceptable. I will never stop at Whataburger at this location ever again and I will always remember this which will prevent me from ever eating at any Whataburger location ever again. (last time I went we ordered a burger full meal for 2 and it was $30.00). Why are standards so low at this place? Ew.....

It’s VERY unfortunate that they’re short staffed. However, this should not be a reason to served bad food. We visited today and to our surprise, both the drive they AND lobby were closed due to limited staff. We remained loyal and proceeded to order through the app and waited in the curb side pickup spot. When our order came I was extremely underwhelmed. The fries did NOT taste like whataburger fries- they were EXTREMELY SALTY and tasted like yesterday’s fries. I paid for extra ranch and didn’t receive it, my drink was wrong and everything was cold. Like how can my order be cold when nobody else is ordering I feel bad for them but I wouldn’t have minded waiting a few extra minutes for a correct and fresh order. And who could I bring my food back to since the lobby is locked?? I am very upset. $20 in the trash.

The worst service I’ve ever had. Bought a “large” onion rings and apple pie. When pulling up to the drive thru window, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked for ranch and they said it’s extra, I said never mind and they thru ketchup in my bag. When I received the order, there was 5 onion rings. When I called to ask them for a refund they said I had to come back. I asked for the restaurant manger and the on duty supervisor gave me some made up number. I contacted corporate and 2 days later I received a email from mark saying he wanted me to come back for a meal replacement. I would NEVER want them to make me anything. I still want my money back and mark has NOT contacted me back.

Horrible company shame on them they had people outside not blocking anything not doing anything dangerous by the intersection. talking about the love of God and they called the police on them they should be ashamed of themselves I will never eat here again this company should be ashamed just because gays can have their pride doesn't mean we Christians can't celebrate our faith as well. They were doing nothing wrong freedom of speech and religion if black lives matter folks can burn down buildings and destroy companies and gays can shut down streets I'm pretty sure people just with signs on the sidewalk by the intersection saying how Jesus loves them is not harming anyone anybody. The manager who called the police should be fired never to work for any company again. That manager is hateful and racist

We ordered the breakfast #26. Biscuits and gravy, with hash brown sticks, and a coffee. The biscuits and gravy were not terrible but definitely not the best I had the biscuits were dense and not fluffy. The gravy was okay I would like mine with a little bit more pepper, but that's a preference thing. The service was nice and the staff was friendly however the only real complaint I have is that the coffee was old and stale and cold. The employee happily made us a new pot but we ended up only being able to have one cup of coffee since we had to wait 5 minutes for a new pot to brew. Other than that I think the experience was great and I would return but hopefully there is fresh coffee the next time we go at 9:30 a.m..

Once again with visiting this location is there is always some kind of problem. I find that either staff here fail to listen and take my order properly, fail to make my order properly or fail to speak clearly so that a customer is able to give them exact payment when paying cash. One issue that is always consistent with this location is how slow the drive thru service is in comparison to other WhataBurger locations I have been to. Even though other locations are further away, I think going forward I will just deal with a longer drive to another location.

I am done going to Whataburger, this one or any one. The onion rings I ordered had a horrible cleaning fluid aftertaste to them, the patty melt was disgusting, and the service. I love it when drive thru attendants take your food in a bag, hand it to you out the window, while looking back in the restaurant or anywhere else but making sure you receive your food. This shows a lack of caring about the customer and the quality of service. I can choose to shop at any fast food restaurant, and Whataburger is now off my list forever. You used to be good, now it feels like no one give a care about me the customer.

I had never been to a Whataburger before, since I live in the Midwest. Made sure to scope one out while in Phoenix. Had my son with me and wasn't sure about the location as we drove down the street, but the parking lot was packed so I knew it had to be good. Super friendly folks during our whole experience inside a very clean restaurant. Most importantly, the burger was great! Got a double with cheese and added bacon. It was huge! Kind of reminded me of a mom and pop place back home. I opted for apple slices instead of fries, though I did try a couple of my son's fries. Wasn't impressed there, but the trip was more about the burger anyway. I'd totally go back!! :)

To two of the McDonald's in the area that said that they were open were actually closed for the night. I googled restaurants open at 2 a.m. and there's Whataburger! Since McDonald's can't even staff their restaurants properly we went here it was pretty expensive but they were fully staffed at 2:00 a.m. and gave me service with a smile. I'm extremely picky so their french fries didn't live up to McDonald's but their burger was very good. Would I go out of my way for it? no will it do in a pinch it 2:00 a.m?. sure. I'm flabbergasted that two large french fries and a double cheeseburger were $18. I guess at McDonald's it would have been around $5 cheaper but whatevs.

Our family had been ill for over a week and finally felt like eating. My husband drove to Whataburger and when he got back, my burger had no meat at all in it. I called and told them he was returning. He watched as they put a piece of meat on it and microwaved it..not even a new fresh burger.. the manager was there as he told his story and she did not even bat an eye . never apologized, never offered to comp the burger. wasted time and money, gas just to get a burger. we will not eat there again, and anyone that asks us we will tell them that this place with this manager just doesn't give a damn. No satisfactory customer service. If I could give a zero, I would.

This location was exactly what this Texas was expecting from Whataburger. The employee at the front was very sweet and personable. The manager was present and also just as helpful. My only complaint would be that the size of the tenders are tiny in comparison to the Whataburgers in Texas. I didn't take any stars off because the taste was just the same!

Updated 10-7. Call me stupid went back to going there. Today ordered online ended up having go in. They had the order ready...cold Whataburger Yum. I told my husband he has to find a new burger place! Update on Sunday 9-12 I placed a breakfast order went to pick it up and the restaurant wasn't even open. The girl told me that she didn't know when she'd have her pancake mix made and I said well I did an online order and she goes oh well you have to call corporate. Sent them an email got some survey back not impressed probably be deleting this app and not going back there for a while

May 5, 2018 afternoon. I don't like how they change their whole crew. A couple months ago the service and quality are top notch and now it's a run down ghetto. The new crew does not greet you, does not give you the number of ketchup you ask for, does not give you napkins, simply does not listen. The floor is sticky and the table smell like a stinky mop. The new employees around noon time are the worst. Ugly, obese, slow and looks like they don't want to be there. I think my food don't even taste right like something is a bit off and sloppily made. I'm never going back there again.

Went for a late night snack and the lady taking the order was extremely rude first off, and interrupted me several times to ask if I was done ordering (I ordered 4 things). So I go to the window to pay and she aggressively took the card out of my hand and didn’t even hand it back after wards, we had to wait for her to come back to the window after receiving the order to get my card back. On top of the not so pleasing attitude my onion rings were over cooked and I’m missing sauces that I paid for. Usually have amazing experiences here but this one wasn’t even worth a one start

I eat breakfast here most days. Hands down the best breakfast sausage patty at any restaurant, and not just fast food, even Denny’s or IHOP. Best pancakes anywhere, too, although every now and then they’re a little crumbly. I tried with a manager to figure out why, but we couldn’t. I thought management was willing to go the extra mile by throwing out the mix and making a fresh batch, even though we got the same results. When they are not their best, the pancakes are good, and when they come out right, they are the best. THE STAFF is always courteous and helpful, too!

I frequent this location being thats its closest but today had to be one of the worse experiences I've had at any fast food restaurant in a while. Literally 22 min wait time with only one car in front of me. I know the wait here is usually a bit,but over 20 mins with one vehicle in front of me? Once I get to the window the chick had a attitude when I commented on the abnormal wait not only that the wait was atrocious but my jalapeño whataburger that I ordered with mustard pickle onion only. It still have had tomato on there as well as all my food being cold.

Came here for dinner with the family, ordered 2 meals and both burgers were made wrong. Got back in line to have it corrected and a worker named Moses came up to me asked what the issue was and took the burgers and remade them. He was SUPER friendly and was very nice. Definitely recommend eating here. They care about their customers!

I've been to this restaurant 4 times and three times there have been problems with my orders . The staff is young but they need to focus on what they are doing. Quality is everything. Pay attention to the order their working on. Don't tell me mistakes happen. They shouldn't , you're making someone's food. It Needs to be correct.

The late night drive-thru is always an issue. I keep going back because they're open late and I work until 10 or 11 every night. This time, they forgot one of my chicken strips, but at least they did remember my sauces, something that rarely happens. The food is usually pretty good and this time was no exception in that regard. I do love the food.

Really sure what the hype is about for Whataburger. I have also been told that you have to go to a Texas location to get the real stuff. The food was good. Warm and fresh but overpriced for just fast food. If you haven’t tried it go for it but definitely expect it to be mind blowing. The fries and spicy chicken sandwich sandwich were the best things I tried.

Service here was on another level. The staff were engaged, jovial, and generally seemed to enjoy their gig. Management at this location should be thanking their lucky stars for the crew they have. Aside from that; food was on par for Whataburger. Tasty burger (it's all about the mustard) and some Fancy Ketchup on the fries makes for a filling meal on the go.

8/28/23 - I asked for some ranch and BBQ sauce, and the person at the window said like a jerk "you have to pay for it" so I did. I get home and it wasn't in the bag. Gotta love it! 1 Star Update 9/14: I am very pleased. Update 7/11: Again fries cold. Sent back. Btw when you send back you have to wait 7 to 10 mins. Now a 2 star from 3. Update 7/1: Fries yet again cold. I sent them back. Fries always always always cold! Always.

The food is always good. The staff is what warrants the one star. They couldn't care less about customer service. Ordered lunch today. I was in line waiting to order for a solid 10 minutes. And then another 20 minutes waiting for our food. Once receiving our food the order was incorrect and the fries were ice cold. No napkins in the bag. No condiments; even after we asked for spicy ketchup. No customer service. Just people doing a half a** job. Showing up for a paycheck. SAD

After about 20 minutes, I had not gotten my order. I asked a team member about my order. Team member went in back and did not return. After waiting, I asked another team member for a manager. Louis came out offering an apathetic apology. The first team member came out with my burger. My lunch was almost over. Louis refunded my money. Probably won't be eating here any time soon.

I like their party melts here in my opinion all fast food joints only need a 3⭐scale it's just fast food people. 1)service provided by staff. 2)accuracy of order, when taken, and when served. 3) food quality, with all the riding costs in the food industry you best believe the quality had better be gone up as well. so to my review overall experience was good at my most recent visit, they earned a 3 out of 3 in my book. Keep up the good work

Unfortunately they got my entire order wrong. I asked for plain burger patties - no bun, ketchup, anything- and got them on buns. I asked for two DIET Dr. Peppers and got regular. My fiance is diabetic and if he drank an entire giant real soda he'd end up back in the hospital. I had to drive all the way back and get it corrected. The only plus side was that the manager was very sweet and apologetic and corrected it right away.

Ordered online to save time when picking up. Still had to go through the drive through and were told everything from our order was in the bag. We trusted them and found our bag full of drinks upon getting home. Second trip we received our food, no apology and no compensation. Not impressed with the service or the food. I've seen much better from nearby Whataburger franchise. I'll drive further for a better experience.

In a way, the only best things about this restaurant is the food. Literally they had a total of 5 cars waiting for a good half an hour. It’s like going through Dutch but 4 times as long for waiting. It really shouldn’t be much time given they had almost 10 employees working, however they all seemed like teenagers except the manager. Just go to another Whataburger unless you are lucky and they are actually going fast.

Drive threw cashier was rude. Paid for avacado and bacon to be added to my burger as a "add on" with no onions and they didnt comply with any of it even though they charged me for it. Also order a patty melt on the side for my significant other and it was assembled horribly and had a funky taste to it so it was not consumable Thanks whataburger!! Wont be back.

Whataburger is great. But being back in town i was craving and made a pretty far drive just to pick some up before i leave town again. There was only one person that showed up for their shift at 7am. They couldnt serve food until they got another person. Im sure this location is great when operating but maybe some new employees are in order. I feel bad for the one person who showed up. I know how that feels.

Very slow. The employees do not communicate. We ordered 5 sandwiches only. They placed the food on a shelf. The front never bothered to even look at the bag. One girl was just standing there wiping stuff and ignoring customers. Way too long for just sandwiches. If you want Whataburger, keep driving and head to Tatum and Cactus.

I have been to this place quite a few times and to be honest it’s nothing great… you usually have to wait extra time in the drive thru, the orders do occasionally get messed up bad, and it’s not in the best of areas. If you really need something to eat then I would go here I suppose but other than that I’m good on it…

Very rude Manager. My husband and I were on a bike ride, stopped in to eat, had out bikes safely aside our table, the Manager says "Can't have your bikes in here" I asked "Why not, I'm spending $20 I here!" He says, "It's a safety hazard." Mind you the restaurant was empty except one other customer. So I'm not really sure what safety hazard they were. He was so rude. Very horrible experience.

I reviewed this location before and even corresponded with the new manager who said he was actively trying to turn this place around.So fast forward to tonight we thought let’s give it a shot, well we were in line over 20 minutes and while we were there two of their employees come walking across the lot with Dutch Bros . Really in the middle of drive through traffic in the street.

Thank you for wasting my time. Lazy employee instead of running my card with the chip, continues to try and slide it. Tells me I need a new card. Rudely hands it back and tells me " we can't use the chip" won't be back. It's just strange cause my card works literally everywhere else I go. Sometimes you have to try twice. Train your employees on basic register operations

Been going to this location for almost a decade now and I just wanna pass along a positive review. Obviously every store and/or restaurant has its ups and downs but this location has pretty much always been consistent. You’re looking at $6-9 for a normal type of burger, $10-15 for a premium sandwich or a meal. The desserts and shakes here are amazing too.

Haven't been here in YEARS but had a gift card. We were welcomed, the manager was very engaging with the guests. Food was good( fries maybe could have been crispier) we were pleasantly surprised. We don't do much fast food.

I've been here plenty in the past. I won't go back. Often times the lobby is locked and closed, the wait time in the drive thru is always long, takes them 20 minutes to make 2 sausage egg burrito's. You'll never see the same employee more than once. Additionally, they waste water by spraying off the side walk instead of just using a broom and sweeping.

I thought you guys were 24hrs. I was just in the drive thru and two others were being served while we didn’t even get anyone asking for our order at the menu. They were clearly open but didn’t even bother to greet us. I get if there is only one person working but at least let us know so we can leave rather than sit and wait for you to take our order.

First time ever going here bc mcdonald's was closed at 3am. Got a breakfast taquito thing. This may or may not be because i was really high, but it was the best piece of food i have ever bitten into in my entire life. I will now be going here very often for the taquito.

I work every morning and never get a chance to eat earlier than noon. I was let out early for lunch just so I could for once be able to order the breakfast burger … i arrived THREE minutes after 11 and the person over the phone was like nope can’t after 11. Like what the hell… totally ruined my whole day… not even to make a sale. Super let down….

Didn't seem equipped to serve Afro Americans. Seemed a bit low enthusiastic at making the order without onion, and tomatoes. Buns were not toasted, and drive through attendant seemed bothered. More than appropriative of my purchase... I'll be back until they get it right !

After sitting in line for close to 7 minutes we find out they close down breakfast before 11. Then we got stuck in there line even longer. The manager would not give us a general manager or district manager name or number. Don't let this location ruin whataburger for you. Most of them are great this one is very poorly ran.

Constantly the worst Whataburger location! Extremely slow and the food still comes out cold. I've tried this location several times over the last 2+ years and it really brings shame to the brand. I know that everyone is short staffed but this location feels like it doesn't have enough space staff to remain open. More

I was very disappointed with this location. First we had to go back because we were short 2 orders of fries then when we got home they had forgotten the gravies for the 2 chicken strip meals. I will not be going back to this location. I get better service from Jack in the box and they are much closer to my house.

The wait was neverending. Waited almost 15 minutes not including the wait time just to order. The food on the other hand was good. Tried the fries, burger and chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich is probably what took a long time because the burger was definitely no longer hot when I got home 5 minutes away.

Waited 25 minutes for “to go” order and when asked what is going on with my order, the guy there started looking around and found it somewhere in the back. Was just sitting there. The burgers were almost cold and the $3 large fries were just half. Not going to this place again. Use to be a good location.

I would usually give Whataburger 5 stars but this particular Whataburger was slacking just a little bit on cleaning tables. And that I had to take my shake back to get another one because there was something dark brown all over my cup. And the shake was vanilla. Gross!!! But the food was great as usual.

Good food $$$ food super slow service. I waited 10 min for my food. Chicken strips were done sitting on counter and 3 of us needed fries. They only dropped enough for 2 orders so I had to wait for a new batch to be cooked. 8 people in uniform behind the counter and could not get food in less than 10min.

We go to this location all the time, and our visit last week was less than average. But yesterday they were back on their game...friendly efficient servers (Kevin) and the good was served hot and quickly . As a bonus, the women's bathroom was clean and even smelled good. Way to go team, we'll be back

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whataburger is one of my favorite fast food burger joints. This place was good until recently. I won't be going back for a couple months and hope they get it together. Horrible service coupled with horrible food 3 times in a row is making me pump the brakes here.

Food wasn't very good. But there was this one worker that was awesome. I for hot her name but she brought our food out and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. Every Friendly and polite she made it feel like we were in a fine dining restaurant not a fast food place.

I enjoyed the food. Quick service, though surprised dips were extra. The drive through speaker is not very good, so I would recommend ordering inside. Great burger, fries were typical food, if a little less salty and undercooked. Drinks we large and cheap! Can't wait to try the chicken.

Whataburger is super good. I love the jalapeno cheese burger. Their burgers are ridiculously huge and so legit. They are really filing, the staff is so friendly. Prices are good for amount of food you get. It's kid friendly. They have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

Why call it fast food when the wait is 30 minutes in the drive thru by myself? All employees noticed appeared inexperienced and young except for the manager. Food was dropped on the ground inside restaurant by staff, and picked up without gloves into a bag with other food.

Hadn't been there in so long as I'd moved out of the neighborhood and it's my favorite burger! It didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly. We ate inside. They brought over a condiment tray which was pretty nifty. The restaurant was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I placed a mobile order including a milkshake for this location only to find out when I arrived that the shake machine was down. Had I known I would have chosen a different location. Also I had to request a refund online as they couldn't do it at the restaurant.

Open 24 hrs. Staff are hospitable but not really friendly. They know their craft. Cleanliness in lobby is hit or miss, good behind the counter. Bathrooms have a password. Food is good for the price. If you don't like country music just hit the drive thru.
