"I was issued a parking fine by this council for parking for 1 hour in a 2 hour zone whilst attending the hospital, called to ask how to park given I have to go back, the customer service rushed off the phone because it was too hard, yet they don't have the decency to consider looking at it until it suits them despite that causing more unneccessary pain"

Dishonest and unprofessional Planning department, have not only no clue but hide behind convolutes processes, extra costs and unnecessary bureaucracy. Disgrace and not worth a cent of rates payers money - shall be all sacked or send to the Ukraine, maybe more scamming there?
