My Mum wanted to send me flowers for my birthday. We both agreed the arrangement was extremely lame for the $100 she spent (including delivery). Flowers were not fresh, lasted two days and consisted mainly of greenery. After she spoke to owner “Jess” to express her disappointment, amongst other comments, she was quickly informed that with all the rain we have had, it is actually very hard to get decent flowers at the moment! I received other beautiful bouquets of flowers on the same day which are still going strong six days after my birthday! I also decided to ring Jess, as was upset knowing my Mum had been ripped off, and was told towards the end of our brief conversation “why can’t we leave them alone” and that “we have plenty of very happy customers. Goodbye.” Overall outcome: old flowers, rip off and shocking customer service! Could have gotten a more presentable and fresher arrangement from Woollies!

Jess and her team arranged the flowers for our wedding on 14th march 2020. We met with Jess to discuss colours and our preferences and she was able to provide a lot of great suggestions for us to consider. The colours Jess put together for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, button holes and garland for our flower girl were beautiful and absolutely fit the colours and theme I was envisioning. We had flowers spread across the tree arch we were getting married under which matched the colours in my bridal bouquet perfectly. Her work and professionalism were exceptional and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. She provided a great highlight to our day! We can not recommend you guys more! Googled a florist near Avalon as we wanted to send a bouquet to a friend there and we live in Victoria. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with ordering flowers online, with actual arrangements that arrive not looking like their website images, as well as being tiny in comparisons and completely overpriced. Found Wild Lotus and the the photos of arraignments on their website were lovely so decided to use them. Picked the "soft and pretty" arrangement. Went with the Large bouquet and the arrangement that arrived was HUGE. The flowers were beautiful, looked fresh, and similar to the pictures on website, plus the arrangement was very large. Our friend sent us some pics and she was very happy, as were we.

Recommend do NOT order online! The products pictured and described are nothing like what is delivered - wrapping completely different and haphazard flower selection arrangement. I understand COVID has changed access to products but to not inform the client of these changes is misleading. And when I contacted them about the problem they did not apologise and acknowledge their error. Jess only replied to say " sorry I feel this way" and to insensitively ask for my mother to return the birthday gift if I wanted a refund. Your better off spending your money elsewhere as there is a plethora of other I'm sure easily more honest and helpful options for florists on the northern beaches.

I have just moved away from the Beaches and the saddest part is not being able to get flowers regularly from this gorgeous florist! But in the last couple of months I have made sure to travel back or order for family and friends as their quality and design is second to none. My partner recently bought me a stunning bouquet for Valentine’s Day and I still have an orchid and monstera/palm greenery going in a vase today! Jess and the team are always such a beautiful delight to deal with and they really care about their product. I always recommend this florist to friends.

I've been buying flowers from Wild Lotus for the last 6 years both for home and as a Funeral Director. Their amazing work has been used in every funeral I have done in that time. Jess and the gang are very attentive and constantly strive for the best mother nature provides. My last order, valued at $1200 exceeded all client and mourner expectations. Even the venue owners were impressed. 2 large front facing, oversize sheaf and various restroom and table arrangements all delivered before time! Thanks Jess, Kell and the gang.

My wedding was this morning and I ordered flowers from Wild Lotus. The whole process of ordering was a bit stressful due to very slow email responses. When we did get the flowers, it was not what I had described - I had asked for bright colours but I received very pale colours and all the flowers wilted after 2 hours. I used a photo from their website to describe what I wanted so I was confident they’d be able to do it, but they unfortunately did not. Overall, not impressed with what I received.

I’ve used them before and they’ve been excellent. This time was disappointing. Old English roses specifically ordered well in advance for a birthday arrived in the afternoon instead of the morning. Got a bouquet instead of roses. Phone was on answering machine. Eventually got a response. Lady kept insisting that I must have said bouquet. Offered to replace and lovely roses arrived but only lasted two days. A shame.

A beautiful yet limited range of flowers to choose from, although I did visit towards the end of a Saturday. Staff are friendly and arranged a gorgeous bouquet for a party. Definitely on the expensive side but the flowers did last over a week. I’ll be sure to visit again with hopefully a little more variety to choose from.

Jess and the team did the most exceptional job on my wedding bouquet with the (very limited) inspiration I provided. I am not a "flower" person and couldn't quite imagine how I wanted the bouquet to look and it ended up so much better than I ever expected - I honestly had tears in my eyes when I saw it. Thank you SO much.
