I have attempted to buy flowers ( that were pre ordered) on two different occasions and every time i get to the shop, they dont have my order. First time, they made me drive three times because they couldn't stick to the agreed collection time. They didn't even bother to phone me to re schedule collection. Second time, i phoned two hours before collection to ensure they have my ordered item, again, i get to the shop and they dont have my order and never phoned me to inform me. Very poor service, highly unreliable. Won't recommend.

I have always had such superb service from Belinda when she creates beautiful bouquets for my family and I, as well as the really incredible gift baskets. Highly recommended florist, with optional delivery.

Very friendly service! Would suggest calling for availability of flowers beforehand.
