About 5 years ago I was involved in a car accident on my way to work. I attempted to contact this group on Nov 1 2022 and today is Nov 9 and I am exactly where I started. They told me 4 times they would get back to me and that never happened. I had to keep contacting them The person answering the phones told me she would contact me personally since Noone was responding. That didn't happen either Today I called back to follow up yet again and was greeted with once again no update. It seems my case isnt important enough for them. I feel like I wasted an entire week. Thought we had support and then nothing. Meanwhile the dog bite symptoms get worse. Truly disappointed in the lack of humanity, courtesy and professionalism received from this group. My entire interaction was with the person answering the phones. Not a single call.from a lawyer or clerk. Consider contacting someone else immediately. I have called another group and already I have an intake.meeting scheduled. Shameful how Will Davidsons Team operates
