A friendly, approachable team of Jason, Sandra, and Sarah. I do feel the initial valuation recommended by the selling team was a bit low, this was proven by the fact our flat eventually sold at the exact price of the first recommended listing value. We suggested listing the flat 10k higher than the team suggested. Aim high rather than low! The fact their fees are only 1% means they just want a quick sale, because to them 1% of an extra 5k-10k isn’t much! We did reject an early offer but it did take quite a few months after this to find another buyer, however I appreciate that for 2 months of the sale period we were in a national lockdown and things may have slowed down. I think communication between the team members could have been better, a few occasions we were asked questions that were explained previously to another team member. We needed to chase up a few things as well. Overall despite a few faults along the way I would recommend them because of the reasonable value and it’s a friendly local business.

I had particularly complex purchase which included issues with the land I was buying, amendments required to the lease and quite a difficult solicitor. This meant it took just over 2 years to purchase the property in total. As a first time buyer, this was all very new to me but thankfully Sarah is very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful which made the whole process so much easier. As soon as any action had to be taken, either by my solicitor or the sellers solicitor, Sarah would chase this and communicate this to me. My solicitor was particularly difficult to get hold of but Sarah was doing everything she could to help. I’m sure the purchase would have fallen through without her help, I can’t recommend her enough! She provided a brilliant and professional service throughout and I am so thankful for her help and expertise.
