Please can someone throw some bleach in those toilets next to the cafe? I am not the only one who can smell urine.. How can the staff at the station not smell it? Please do something. Customer service is woeful here too. No buses yesterday because of the strike. Nobody downstairs at bus stops advising no buses are running so people are waiting in the cold and wet for nothing. So they expect us to climb the stairs find out what is going on then climb down the stairs again. Could I suggest if nobody is willing to apply themselves to their job and assist the customers that pay their wages, then go and find another job!!

Pathetic infrastructure and immature planning.Need of the hour is escalators to all access sides. Being said that,bus stops won't be giving you any information either about their real time arrivals &departures,as well train departures. Millions have been spent on this train station to just have 3 toilets where hundreds of passengers alight and depart. No drinking water fountains,but the hypocrisy of government is obvious all over by installing vending machines which sell drinking water!

William's landing is a bit like the new girl at work with the 4 inch heels. She's new, interesting and has you constantly questioning the structural integrity of her footwear. Strap on your hiking shoes and have a walk around on these world famous foot bridges and ramps. Heck! Why not spend the day?

I have only given 2 stars due to the cleanlyness of the place, needs cleaning. Toilest someone turn up the lighting in the toilets too dark or is someone afraid of seeing how dirty the mens toilet is. Overall the station is starting to look older than it is. Come on clean it have some pride in the station guys, there is enough people standing around doing nothing.

It's a station, has a little kiosk so it's better than some stations. Service is mediocre, the top up machines often don't work but there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the place. Still has trains, and they all stop here even the express ones.

Indian lady was sitting and was having tea. I wished her morning and she did not even bother to reply. She was rude and just wanted me to bug off asap. Being in customer service, atleast maintain a positive attitude while you are on shift.

It is a good station but they can’t have the buses come from here because 90% of people who take the Werribee train that get off this stop don’t even live here. Like this is the only way we can get home.

One of the best stations in Melbourne. It has a beautiful design, and it has great aspects that make it feel amazing. Kinda wish ramps were shorter but still amazing station.

Trains tend to be city loop on weekends, skipping Southern Cross. Weekdays this station is serviced. Double check your plans accordingly.

Can't say that its a best engineering model. I will give them 80 out of 100.
