Williams is definitely the best place to go shopping for Back To School Shoes. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Especially Chelsea, she listens so well and is so helpful. We were greeted as soon as we came in with a friendly smile. She got the job done so quickly! Bridget is also very friendly and works so well with kids. Even just buying normal trainers, the staff make sure you're a perfect fit and don't stop until you're happy with your shoes. Highly suggest you shop here!

Very disorganised - took a shoe off the display, asked if it was in my size.... It wasn't. Then looked around and found another shoe that fitted perfectly. Lady said she would get the other one. Took 10 minutes and it looked like she had it, then wondered around the store for another 10 minutes than said the shoe colours didn't match because the display shoe had faded.... I then walked left, went home and bought a pair of shoes online from a competitor for 40% cheaper.

I was really pleased with my experience at Williams recently. I think the person who served me was Mirabella, forgive me if I'm wrong. She provided really good assistance in my purchase of a pair of sandals, while keeping an eye on the store. I'm not sure why there weren't two staff members on. My only regret is that I didn't take advantage of the buy a second pair of shoes half price, despite Mirabella mentioning this.

We went to Williams this afternoon to buy new school shoes for my 15 year old twins. Chelsea was so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and efficient that the whole process was easier than ever before! Chelsea was there by herself but managed to serve multiple customers with ease. She is definitely an asset to Williams, and I will ensure we get all future school shoes from there.

Really good customer service - tried on a heap of different boots and found a pair i really liked, but they didnt have my size, so a staff member called another store and had them hold them for me until i could get them. His name was Peter, super personable, really appreciated it!
