Saturday 7th April 2018. I went to surf wear shop in Mt Druitt Westfield to purchase shoes, no staff on the floor , not even a can I help you from staff hidden around corner at counter, don’t even think they saw me. So went to Williams The Shoeman, within seconds of entering the shop, I was greeted by a saleslady who quickly showed me what I was after and upsold me also on a second pair of shoes. I was also given helpful information about the shoes and how I can get a discount on my next purchase too. I was not pressured in anyway, just well informed and her proffessional attitude sold me within 5 minutes of being there. Well worth the experience, you will not be dissappointed. Good old fashioned service, where you actually feel like your custom is valued. I praised the Saleslady for her service, and told her how just her service alone sold me on the product. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but thank you. She has short dark hair, with tattoos and a friendly smile. You will easily recognise her, she will be the one who doesn’t sit down and serves about two or three customers at once and can still make you feel like you are the only one.

The regional manager went above and beyond to exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter 3 days before the start of school. The staff are extremely good with children and it made my daughters day. In particular they didn't have the exact size so they thought outside the box and gave her another style with Shopkins in the sole. She was just so happy.

Wow Amazing customer service and dedication displayed by the staff , went to buy school shoes and the staff helped me be beyond the call of duty. The shop is well organised, price are clearly maked and shop is very clean too. This shop is highly recommended. My experience dated ( 17/03/20 @ 1610hrs)

Walked into store today at 11.15am. Totally ignored. Two staff members were too busy discussing their friends. Walked to back of store, picked up two pairs of sandels still being ignored. Walked out of store, no "may we help you" or "have a nice day"

The store itself is lovley & clean well stocked etc.. but girl that served me today couldnt have cared less.. spoke to me with bitterness in her voice like i was a problem when i was so super poliet.. wont go back this has happened a few times now !!

Natalie went above and beyond today to help me find the perfect work shoes. She juggled 3 customers in a very professional manner.

The worker by the name Vanessa was very kind and helpful, i enjoyed my experience thanks to your great service :)
