Me and my son were there late afternoon to get a pair of school black shoes and we had the good fortune to meet Katherine at the store. She took her time to serve one more Customer ahead of us and then she got to us and I must called out that I have never seen any shoe store staff approach shoe fitting as seriously and holistically as she did. I learnt a whole lot about how to go about buying shoes. Thanks Kath . Williams shoes is lucky to have you.

Zero star for customer service if there is an option, low grade customer service, rude and arguing staff to the customers who are demanding genuine refund.. low quality expensive shoes.. going never again, this store is not recommended for business.

Went into store today and shop was extremely busy with only 1 staff member in store. She was excellent and doing the best she could. Provided great advice on styles and sizes. Please pass on my words of encouragement to the staff member
