In general, Williams shoes returns policy is not fair, the guarantee is not that real. they just trying to sell and nothing else. I dealt with 3 staff 2 of them was very friendly but the 3rd one was not. when I bought 2 shoes for school they told me it has guarantee if it’s not fit for a purpose,then I tried to return my son sport shoes because he doesn’t feel comfortable without using it and with the labels and box, they don’t accept returns after 14 days, what the meaning of guarantee? then after long negotiations she exchanged with another model. I don’t know why she refused at the beginning?

Don't bother and shop at this store in Wetherill Park, you will be standing there, staff will pass you many times and won't acknowledge you, it happened for the second time in the store, you only hear the short lady with blonde hair and the one with black hair chatting and gossiping, or busy browsing their mobile, absolutely a waste of a space and time.

The wonderful young lady who helped us was amazing amid all the crazy back to school sale - her passion for getting a good fit was great & she also helped with my son's flat feet issue!!
