A friend & I shopped at Trader Joes recently & usually it's a great place to go, with fresh produce, lots of organics & even unusual items, but this time I didn't find the staff very helpful as I needed to find a specific item as I'm wheat-intolerant! I couldn't even find a gluten-free section & when I finally found someone free to help me, he wasnt helpful because he didnt know where my item was or if the store even carried it! I was very disappointed because I really expected Trader Joe's to have wheat-free & gluten-free products!

Trader Joe's is a favorite in this strip. There's also a my eye doctor, where I can get my eye exams done + designer frames. Pop into Panera every once in awhile but because the prices there have steadily increased in the past years, it's not as big of a draw anymore. From flowers, to pizza, to having a mani/pedi done, this is a great option for shops! Oh, of course First Watch for a yummy breakfast or lunch! Sad Starbucks went out but still many nice shops to check out in one spot.

Trader Joe’s never let me down. I got Korean frozen dishes which were scallion pancakes and Bulgogi fried rice with kimchi. Both were so Tasty and price was both under $5. It was very close authentic Korean food taste. Next to the Trader Joe’s there is Panera bread. I joined unlimited sip club because I love their Hazelnut coffee. So I got Hazelnut coffee after grocery shopping. What a convenient for me!

I couldn't find the lip balm gift set I wanted at our neighborhood trader joe's so they made a call over here. Not only did they set it aside for me but when I asked for it they knew who I was!! I have always loved trader joe's bit this store takes it just a notch higher in customer service and atmosphere. the employees and shoppers at this store were so friendly and helpful! Great experience!!!

Everyone who helped me today was kind and friendly. From the cashier at Trader Joe's to the young lady taking my order at Starbucks ( she liked my clutch), these people were above and beyond wonderful. Even the customers in Starbucks were kind. I will go back and bring my friends. One more store looks fun. They have a breakfast menu that looks worth trying. A good day for Willow Lake West shops.

This small plaza offers a great variety of shops. There is a Trader Joe's (grocer store) Panera Bread, Five Guys, First Watch, Starbucks and a Pita shop from which you can grab a bite (and some coffee at a select few). There is also a Pier 1, McNamara, AT&T and several other stores for dog food & supplies, eyeglasses and more. Everyone is pleasant and friendly as well.

We went to First Watch for breakfast. We had an excellent waitress, very efficient and friendly. My hubby ordered an omelet with avacodo and cheese with pico de gallo. He said it was delicious. I had the Florida French toast. It came with strawberries, bananas and kiwi. There was a strawberry compote which was delicious. We would definitely return.

Clea, friendly, very conscious of COVID protocols, and stuff an amazing selection of staple, healthy products. Beside the specific products I am looking for I am end up here around the holidays every year because they carry the unique cheese, meat, and salad (veggie) options I need to impress my house guests ( during COVID= only my bubble).

Trader Joes is absolutely amazing. Their selection of unique items makes this a great small grocery store. My family and friends have been going for many years at the same location. Though some items can be a bit pricey, their quality makes up for the cost. This is a place to stop at when you are in the area.

I stopped in to this location to see what all the buzz was about. When stepped inside I was unimpressed. Many of the goods that are offered are Homogenous and lacking variety. I think this place is more of a statement then an actual place to shop for apmle food supplies. It wasn't for me but you may like it.

One of my favorite places to shop for groceries. Very friendly staff and customer service. Food options are seasonal. Large selection of alcohol and wine. Wheel chair access, public restroom, shopping carts and baskets, sani wipe towelettes, very clean atmosphere.

Exceptionally friendly, clean, and helpful staff. Store employre limited numbers of shoppers inside by standing at door and admitting people as some left. I was checked on 3-4 times by employees while shopping in a friendly non-pushy way. Great experience.

Shopped at the Trader Joe's here. Loved the store an store personell. But never have I encountered so many rude people in one place! Also, I think in Indianathere are no liquor sales allowed on Sunday. Now, I'm wondering if that could be the reason!

Love Trader Joe's because there is always someone helpful near by and the shelves are well stocked. Several items I love to get when I am there including almond croissants and frozen organic peas and corn. They often have kringle so I pick

My favorite Starbucks location. Order from the app especially on Fridays. Payday and everyone comes Friday morning. Walk in like a boss and grab your coffee off the counter and walk out and get on with your day. They are amazing here

Was there for Trader Joe's. The other stores and shops I have not been in since going on Whole Food Plant Based diet. Don't know if they have anything for me to eat now. But Trader Joe's has some great products and great people.

Trader Joe's never fails to have a vibrant, colorful and seasonal feel to it. Their line of products are both affordable and of good quality. They try new things and keep those favorite items in stock for those TJ aficionados.

Idiocy of standing in line as they limit capacity to 30. Trader Joe on allisonville allows way more. Just stop the idiocy. Peeps wear masks. They can decide if it's too crowded or not. We don't need trader Joe being parental.

Trader Vic's!!! Need I say more? Ok, one of the stores I shop for gluten free baked items for my best friend! And yeah, Trader Vic's would not surprise me if they have an entire aisle one day of gluten free items!

Love that Trader Joe's always has the nicest staff at checkout. They are friendly and have stated more than o ce that they enjoy their job. Love that they have real people for registers and no self checkout.

They need a larger store. It was super busy. The smaller format made bumping into other shoppers almost inevitable. Prices were not bad and they had some interesting products not available elsewhere.

Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Panera bread, Pier 1 imports, Ossip eye wear and Mac Namara florist have stores in that nice little shopping center, pkg might be an issue when busy on Fridays and Saturdays!

Trader Joe's is my favorite grocery store. Lovely flowers greet you as you walk in. Produce section is so colorful next to the flowers! They always add new items for you to check out. ✔ love it ❤

The folks at Trader joe's are the best. Do a great job with number of people in store and with cleaning shopping carts. When the need arises checkout folks just show up to work the customers.

Went to Trader's Joe. They're taking the COVID restrictions seriously, which I appreciate. Very helpful people and a good selection. However, they didn't have oriental rice crackers on stock.

Clean, friendly. Chef could use some direction. Tear the kale into smaller pieces for the frittata. Full size cooked kale is difficult to cut or chew. To brew tea, water needs to be hot.

A very nice selection of organic foods ar reasonable prices. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful. I just wish they had fewer body tattoos and metal objects stuck in their faces.

This Trader Joe's was excellent as well the staff was very helpful I'm trying to locate something we were looking for we were over all happy with our purchase and would come back again.

Nice little strip for shopping. More upscale than other areas near Michigan. There is a grocery store, restaurants, furniture store, and even an eye lash bar..great place to check out.

Convenient shops in the mall. Each time I go to European Wax I make a trip to Trader Joes. If I want coffee I can go to Starbucks. If I want food I can go to 5 Guys. Very convenient.

Went Trader Joes. Store is well stocked & heck out great. Covid capacity restrictions in place but wait time was not excessive & gatekeepers friendly. Parking there can be congested.

The parking lot is a hellish nightmare. Only park here if you hate your car. People beat up cars with door dings because the isles are narrow and the parking spots are too small.

Love it. All kinds if different and unique items to choose from and a lot healthier than a regular grocery store. A little cold inside but you are warmed up by the service there.

This is specifically about Trader Joes. I am a long time customer. Trader Joe's in Willow Lake West is a wonderful grocery. A good selection of food, and a wonderful staff!

The staff was friendly. This is a small grocery store with many hard to find items. Lots of fruits and vegetables and plants. Several interesting items reduced on sale.

Live this shopping area but the vacancies are growing. Pier one, Starbucks...others. all gone. TJs is still thriving as is First Watch. McNamara florist remains lovely.

Went to Trader Joe's for their great selection of bread and seafood. Just can't get enough of the langostinos! Great store with excellent and very helpful employees.

I'm there for Trader Joe's, which I love for skin care products, and incidental goods. The area is clean, and several other fine businesses share the strip mall.

Nice area, if there is not parking in the front, they have extra in the back. The grounds are kept nice, but they need to change trashes more often on the strip.

A great overall experience. We drive from the west side of Indianapolis to go there about every other month. The staff is great and the store is always stocked.
