Denied service and yelled at when trying to enter the store with Guide Dog (trained and certified by Lion’s Foundation Dog Guides). As per City of Toronto “All businesses licensed by the City of Toronto must provide service to individuals with guide dogs or service animals”. Disappointing since they do have a good selection of items.

she sold me a charger that doesn’t work and I came to tell her but she started to give me attitude and telling me I have to buy another one. And I hate people like that. Pissed me off that she’s telling me the charger is perfect. Thank god I don’t have to spend my money here I will take it somewhere else.
