Had the best customer service experience ever. I had made a mixup ordering a Mums Day gift and was met by two very understanding people who sorted my mistake without a hitch and with utmost sincerity. My 5 yr old also commended their respectable selection of Mr Men books. :) highly recommended!

Lovely relaxed feel -- went in here with half an hour to kill, and remembered the joy of just mooching about, seeing what caught my eye. Staff asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and when I said I was just browsing, left me to it. Bliss!
