I wasn't provided the money that I was owed until I threated legal action against this company. Be very careful. Jennifer M, who works there purposely puts off paying customers until the close of business day so she does not have to deal with any consequences. I had to go into the possibility of legal action for them to transfer the money which they owed me. Jennifer M would is so condescending and unprofessional and you expect someone with a bit more class to handle a situation when it comes to thousands of dollars being handled. Absolutely appalling service from front of reception staff who would not even provide me with their name and attempt to resolve the problem. Imagine having to call and email someone for hours and hours and kept being told they will do it at a later time .

I was looking for a family car but really wasn’t sure what car I wanted but had an idea of the features I needed. When Jake Kaslik spoke to us he really listened to what I was looking for and was able to direct us to a car that would suit our needs. Absolutely horrible service. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them or having your car serviced. They did not repair and service my vehicle to a safe standard and they expect me to drive an unsafe car. I tried six times to contact them about the issue with my car and they keep saying that the service manager will call me back, and to date I am still waiting. My car has safety issues and they expect me to keep driving the way it is. I would welcome a call from the service manager anytime.

Just got a brand new car from this Mob, the salesmen John was good to deal with but the team around him dropped the ball big time. The car was missing things agreed on in the contract, didn't drive straight and a clamp on the leaf springs was bent with only 27 kms on the clock, the finance team rang me 2 days later requesting documents regarding my loan and the follow up with the things wrong and missing from the car seems very blazay after dropping over 40 k. Ordered a Mitsubishi Outlander on February 2023 and the ETA as mentioned on November 2023. However they literally surprised me giving the delivery on July itself. My Contact person was Richard and he always kept me updated with the delivery information. He also prepared the car very well for the delivery. It was a very good experience. They are a joke my wife had her 1 month old outlander damaged by their service department and they wouldn’t accept liability. I booked my GWM car in and gave them 6 weeks notice to get the ANCAP recall. They cancel the day before saying they didn’t have parts and would call me. 3 weeks later nothing. I called Blacktown GWM was done in 2 days.

Jake helped my husband and I to upgrade to my dream car!
