I’ve been shopping at this store for many years. I’ve always had exceptional service, & always seen such a clean environment inside. I’ve seen the staff deal with the RUDEST & most hostile customers, & respond with respect & restraint. The quality of the shoes here is top notch, & I don’t buy my boots from anywhere else. You get what you pay for with shoes, so it’s definitely better to fork out the extra cash & have a pair of shoes that will last a LONG time, providing maximum comfort. The platform icon boots, & the platform luxe sneakers are my two favourite in my collection, two among many. I’ve always left with the products I needed, as a very happy customer. The last few times I was in store was at sale time, where I saw the staff being run ragged non stop, with smiles on their faces. This store will always be my first choice. (Black boots pictured are called ‘magnetic’, & super comfy!)

I bought a pair of shoes in the online store after being told by Parramatta staff that I would be able to exchange in store if the pair I bought did not end up fitting me. The size I was after was not available in store anywhere feasibly close for me to try so I committed to buying a bigger size due to me needing to wear orthotics. Thinking I would be able to change this in-store as I was told by a staff member; I went ahead to get it exchanged only to be told that any purchases online could only be returned online… Now I am stuck with a pair I can not wear for my wedding in 2 weeks…

before going here, i read the reviews and the reviews were rlly bad LMAO but i went into the store about a week¿ ago to buy heeled boots and the workers were actually pre nice. also pls note before buying shoes from here, they r pretty damn uncomfortable to walk in but not to the extent where it would kill u because i’ve walked in my heeled boots two times for the whole day around the city AHAHA — just make sure that you wear thick socks, place a bandaid on the main areas of the bottom of your foot and stuff some tissues into your socks for extra padding!! it helps a lot :)

Visited this shop today and the lady working was very rude. I asked to see a shoe in size 6 and she told me that they don’t have my size and they look ugly on anyways. I then went to look at some knee high boots, I never asked for her opinion, and she said “those won’t look good on you cause you’re short”. She completely turned me off of buying from Windsor Smith Parramatta. Didn’t get her name but I visited at around 4pm on the 20th of February. Lady was wearing blue jeans and a pink hijab.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buying a present, so needed to make sure I could exchange in case of a size mismatch. "You don't need to lose your hair, we can exchange till the end of January," said a worker (who I assume to be the manager from her attire) in the rudest possible way as she literally turned and walked away. I mean. Whut. Do you even want to sell stuff or do you want to take your bad day out on someone and lose a sale?

I have come into Windsor Smith Parramatta many times, Each time I have come in Safia has looked after me and provided the best service. Quite frankly when I am on my way there I expect to see her there. Always helpful in promoting a good brand which I initially thought was just a school shoes brand. Now my perception of Windsor Smith shoes is that of high quality now I buy all my dress and work shoes there.

We were trying to return a product that had been worn for 30 minutes and we were refused on the basis that the sole had been worn down too much. So either we were sold a faulty product or the shoes are such bad quality that they get damaged after 30 minutes of use. Not a good look either way. The poor customer service and rude manager refusing to do anything was also not acceptable.

Fantastic range but what impressed me the most was the staff member who was working by herself serving a shop full of customers and none felt like they were being ignored or given low service. She put in 100% for each and every customer and didn't close up until all had been attended to appropriately. She deserves a major pay rise!

A few Fridays ago I came to Windsor especially to look for heels, I had a pair in mind which I previously purchased from Windsor before. I walked in mid-morning and two girls were on their phones behind the counter. I walked up and down 2-3

Worst customer experience ever. Do not buy any product there. Not recommended. I have never felt so humiliated. They illtreat if you ever wish to return an item.

Staff are not only aloof and off in their own trains of thought, but also actively rude. Lost a sale, permanently lost a customer. Would not recommend.

Show room is good Good shoes but rude staff , keeping sitting at counter and using mobile. Mid aged lady is kind of rude. show respect to customers.

Customer service was excellent. The young girl working there had a full shop but also ran around making sure everyone was ok for their needs

So disappointed, 2 staff on today both just ignored me ended up leaving empty handed and got the boots I needed
