Horrible sales clerk!! I went to this store a few weeks ago (before the new Boxing Day restrictions) and was treated horribly by the sales clerk. I went into the store with my mask AND winter gloves; the clerk insisted that I sanitize my hands. I explained to the clerk that I was wearing gloves and that I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and as such I was only going to touch what I was going to purchase. The clerk insisted quite rudely that I remove my gloves to sanitize my hands even though I already had the bottles I intended to purchase in my hands. The clerk was so rude that I left without purchasing anything and went to another wine rack store and purchased three times as much. For those unfamiliar with this store, sales clerks don’t handle customers’ purchases since customers scan and bag items themselves. So there was no need for the clerk to insist that I sanitize my hands even though I was wearing gloves. I have been a loyal customer since the store opened and now I will never set foot in that place again!!! I have been to different stand-alone wine rack stores before and after this incident and was never hassled about hand sanitizer. No other liquor or grocery stores obligates customers to use hand sanitizers, so this is NOT a public health requirement. Regardless of the fact that I was wearing gloves. Of course the clerk didn’t think that customers might have a medical requirement for wearing gloves. I don’t know if this is a store policy or if this store employs over zealous clerks. I was really insulted and I intend to give other stores my business from now on!! There are other wine stores in Orleans and other wine racks. I will gladly take my business to stores that treat their employees with respect.

Amazing staff, great selection, very knowledgeable about all the wines they have to offer!!!I have been a client here for as long as I have been able to be, and will continue to support this location, because they follow ALL LAWS and rules during the covid19 outbreak. Including making sure each person sanitizes before they enter. Which makes me feel safe! Ignore the person having a temper tantrum about having to remove her gloves... its the law lady either follow it or stay home. -.- its not hard. Back to the point. This winerack is amazing! :)

What a place to go, will not support this location ever again. Rude and ignorant service, blaming a client for having given her "covid" and then openly giving her opinion on the protest and current mandates and THEN being dismissive once she doesn't like what she is being told. Wow. Wine Rack get your employees in order and teach them good customer service!!! I like my box of wine WITHOUT a political view, especially one that is just uninformed.

Amazing staff. So knowledgeable. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. To answer the customer who said the clerk was rude, the individual was just following protocol. And you do NOT scan and bag your own products that is a lie. The pstaff check you. So please don't believe everything you read. Props to Richard and Veronica for being amazing at what they do.

I have been there previously and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. On a visit last week, the staff were very rude. I was very disappointed.

visited once because they were giving free sample but the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were good and there were lots of deals.
