I've used Fenwick for two years and Eerena has been amazing, she always replies to her emails quickly and is happy to answer any questions. The girls and I really appreciated all her hard work and help with the checkout of the house as well as receiving our deposits faster than expected. She is always professional and friendly ensuring you feel comfortable, and as a student often you aren't taken seriously and are bottom of the pile or spoken down too as I have experience before. Eerena never did this and showed how much she respected and cared about us resolving any issue quickly I would really recommend her to anyone.

A truly amazing estate agents from start to finish, the student renting team made the whole process so smooth and easy. As a student I had never rented before however they made sure that I understood everything every step of the way. With Aimee answering all of our questions when viewing the properties and setting up the contracts. And Eerena going the extra mile by providing us with check out checklists and carrying out a pre check inspection so we would know if anything is likely to be deducted from our deposits. Overall would fully recommend Fenwick Ward, very organised, friendly and a great team.

If I could leave 0 stars for Fenwick Ward, I would. With such overpriced agency fees compared to other estate agents, I feel as if we should have received more support during the process of getting our deposit back. Instead we found it nearly impossible to get through to anyone in the office who could help during the 4 months it took to eventually get our deposit money back. This is just one of the many problems we encountered with Fenwick during our years tenancy. I am now actively avoiding them for any future properties as I do not want to encounter such a painful experience again.

When we viewed the property we ended up moving into, we knew instantly that the letting agency was great by the way the letting agent was friendly, personable and answered all the questions we had. We had viewed several properties previously and this was not the experience we had with anyone else. We had some trouble with our references but Eerena was fantastic and reassuring throughout. She was very quick to respond to all our emails and helped us through quite a stressful time. We would like to thank Eerena and Fenwick Ward for helping us find our new home!

A really great agency, I have found Fenwick Ward to be professional, fair and conscientious and lovely to deal with. Jackie and her team are super friendly and respond to all and any questions you may have quickly and clearly. As a landlord they have always contacted me promptly when anything needs doing and arranged repairs/alterations quickly so that my tenants are happy and I know my property is being well looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective tenant or landlord needing someone to manage their property.

I have used Fenwick Ward for the last 5 years and they have always been great. Caroline's team (Esp. Jackie), always offer great service and support. They've found good tenants quickly and dealt with all aspects of sign up, referencing, reviews and exits well and use good trades people at decent rates. I have worked with Jackie at Fenwick ward for a number of years and would honestly say they are a delight to work with. I have found Eerena who heads up the property management team and Sarah, Aimee and Monica in the team easy to communicate with and quick to make payment. They easily provide the best service; someone always answers the phone when you call, they respond to emails quickly, and the owner, Caroline, always has time to speak to landlords. Prior to renting via Fenwick Ward, when I relocated from London, my experience as a young professional tenant at the hands of landlords and letting agents alike, was truly appalling. I have found the team at Fenwick Ward, professional and courteous at all times; furthermore I feel safe in their hands, which I certainly could not say of my London experience. Have let a variety properties with various agencies for the past 10 years and can highly recommend Fenwick Ward. Everything from sorting emergency repairs to sending the annual reminders to book in for gas safety certificates, they do it all. Caroline, Eerena, Jackie and all of their team are always friendly and helpful when contacted. Where do I start with Eerena? Eerena was the person we corresponded with regarding the return of our deposit. She worked tirelessly to ensure that the amount of the deposit we received back was fair, going above and beyond on multiple occasions. My daughters rented property through them has had boiler issues and now without heating! Was telephoned by someone in their agency yesterday who was quite rude and abrupt saying I shdnt have given the review and it was unfair . As a student in Bristol, finding accommodation was a task, but the staff at Fenwick found us the perfect property for the 5 of us within 10 minutes of walking through the door last year. They respond to emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently and have been there through every step. They have good communication and work closely with tenants and landlords. I would definitely rent with them again.

I first experienced the Winkworth team as a parent of a student customer. I was so impressed by Jackie that I moved our property to their management. The way that Ellie and Eerena have supported the check out of old and preperations for new tenants has exceeded my expectations. Always very quick when there is an issue, I was away for a few months and everyone at the office was helpful when it comes to looking after the property and keeping me updated. Sarah and Jackie have been extremely professional and have always given me plenty of notice when access is required.
