I moved abroad and rented my property with the Dulwich Property Management Team at Winkworths - it made renting my property and living abroad totally manageable. Gemma, Kelly and team are professional - keeping up to date with all the landlord regulations, handling all tenant concerns and supporting my landlord duties. They are the best property management team in the area - safe, caring, organized and timely. I had an excellent relationship with them and am very grateful for their hard work in ensuring that my tenants and I had good experiences. I highly recommend them. After 13 years of renting my flat I chose to sell this summer,. I had a fantastic smooth service from the sales team at Winkworth East Dulwich who sold my flat for me. A huge thank you to Alex, Samuel and team for their fast organization and professional attention to all the details. I’m sure the buyers are as happy as I am. I was sad to sell my lovely garden flat but the process was totally painless - from deciding to sell to accepting an offer took 24 hours, and from then on in it took less than 8 weeks to complete. Great sales process, responsive sales team, good price, one very happy customer!!!

The 2 stars are for the initial move. They were great. what started off as a smooth move become a tedious frustrating situation…. Being what we thought were good tenants duties we reported certain issues with the house (lovely house) … things we can live with and things we can not - - such as a pest infection vs a few light flutters. The same issues were and continue to be met with the same irreverence to them or the “landlord” and takes quite the minute to be “fixed” The above is only one example. The list goes on and one. We’ve been in here for a while now and my children go to school around the corner. I never would have thought people act this way in such a tight netted community. Needless to say when we recently bought we did not use them. With all the options in East Dulwich I wouldn’t use these clowns. Stay away from the charmless cowboys. Those who want to reach out I have no problem expressing my views on why I am writing this….

Tenant here. Check in went well and not many problems with the property over the past year. A couple of issues with Nick and poor communication/responsiveness of the fixflow management system but otherwise things get fixed. End of tenancy has been a less desirable experience. I gave my 2 months notice and they insisted on an extra day (without showing the calculation of the end date when I gave my expected 2 month notice end date- apparently all agents calculate with the extra day?!), I’m not going to argue over £50 but asked 3 times for a specific check out date to be arranged, they finally confirmed for the day after I requested (and need me to return keys by noon even though the check out agent will be there at 4pm). I don’t know why they are being so awkward, I’ve paid the full rental amount but want an earlier check out. Will be interesting to see how the deposit return process goes!

My apologies if this review is coming in late but I want to give massive props to this estate agent. They have been fabulous considering the dire state of the current rental market in the UK. I want to say a massive thanks to Nicola K and Sammi B for their support. Nicola has such a warming presence and was very knowledgeable on the particulars of the property. She has the type pf energy that could warm up a room and we she can see the vision you have when property searching. She was kind, respectful and deserves the highest merit. Sammi them helped me across the finish line. She was driven and determined to make sure we met our target move in date. I can't commend them enough for putting my 6 month property search to an end in less than two weeks. I have dealt with over 20 different agents and they have been nothing short of a nightmare. Go with Winkworth, you cant go wrong! B

I really couldn’t recommend Winkworth East Dulwich highly enough. I’ve had bad experiences with estate agents over the past couple of years and decided to go with Winkworth this year. I’m so glad I did because within three weeks of putting my house on sale, they managed to secure a buyer. The level of service at Winkworth is exceptionally high. From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient and a joy to work with. They have a great, talented team. I had called multiple times on a property to be told I would get a call back. Each day I called again asking and I was told I would get a call back. Today I called about the said property to be told it was not available. London's housing market is so hurried, I was really interested. I was never informed or offered a viewing. No one ever called me back. I was treated like my interest in the property did not matter. This has left me confused and led me to believe a lack of care from this branch. I now will not be in contact with people who do not care for business.

Rented with Winkworth in Dulwich for a year and the team were extremely efficient, the best agents I've been with. They always sorted any issues I had promptly and effectively and were great at communicating with the landlord for me. They made my time in the flat extremely easy and were always helpful and quick to reply. This all included an easy move in and move out. Thank you very much! If you need to sell or buy a house Winkworth Dulwich are the best. But not only is the whole team great, the STAR in the universe of estate agents has to be Nicola Keane. She is everything you need in an agent. I don’t think I would of got through without her, smart determined and knows her job inside out. Recently employed the services of Winkworth East Dulwich to sell flat property which they duly did in a professional and efficient manner. At all times during the process I was always kept up to date on progress through email and phone contact. All staff that I dealt with were on their game. Must say I have no complaints and would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Excellent company! We rented through Winkworth for 4 years in East Dulwich. Very professional friendly, staff who are always happy to help. Any problems were fixed quickly and communication was very good. Kelly and Sam in the Winkworth office were lovely to deal with.
