Staff avoids eye contact at all costs. One associate ran away from me when I asked her if she had am item in the back, then a manager came out and told me that they're "not that kind of store." I don't think of myself, a middle-aged mother of five, a scary person, so I'm not sure why this girl actually ran. When I finally found an item I liked, there was no marked price. I asked the cashier at check out and she called for a price check. It took what felt like HOURS. They said they couldn't find anything similar. When they did find something similar, they estimated the price excessively high. Weirded out and unhappy customer here.

Google for some reason knows that on my way home from incense store, I went to Winners and brought some red labeled stuff. Nothing really interesting to say about this place, oh and if you love scented candles, since last month it has been increasingly difficult to dig through all these ones that are made in a 3rd world country to find that few not made in 3rd world country.....I mean I don't want to make drama, I came from CN and I know how much it costs to manufacture a candle in CN, I just feel they don't worth the price unless they are made in Canada or the US. Just my perspective please don't downvote.

The quality of good has gone down in Winners' in ottawa over the years and the prices are up. It seems harder and harder to find a good deal here lately. As for this store in particular it is quite typical for a Winners location however it is on the second floor and the elevator is not always operational so it may be hard for handicap people to access.

This place has a big selection of men’s clothing, which is pretty rare for a department-like store. I appreciate the fact that it’s never busy, and very rarely do you wait in lines for the cash or for the change rooms. It’s really organized and you can find something for pretty much any part of your wardrobe or your home.

Typical Winners store, except this one is in the coolest neighborhood in Ottawa and it's up on a second floor. I don't typically find anything that fits me here, but my gf loves it, and finds a lot of good deals. I've actually made some great bar soap purchases at this store. Definitely worth a visit.

One of the better Winners in town. Its well stocked and is always clean. It also always seems to have something I wasn't even looking for but want. Staff are good but rarely have a need for them outside checkout. One thing to note is they really need to clean their washrooms more.

Staff are friendly and there are washrooms in store (even featuring some Winners HomeSense decor). There's a good selection of clothing and shoes but I wish there was a bit more home decor (lots of pots and pans, some bedding, some drapes, and an assortment of other accessories)

This location has a wide selection of items for any occasion! Employees Gracynn and Matthew were super helpful in finding specific items and giving suggestions for substitutions. Great customer service and cashes people out fast. Good place to shop around in Lansdowne.

This is not Ottawa's largest Winners but they manage to zone related items, and thematic items, together nicely. I do not think they cover the underground parking but if you pair Winners with a purchase at Whole Foods or the LCBO you can get some parking for free.

Winners doesn’t have recycling bins. I don’t understand how a massive business doesn’t do their part. I had a glass Perrier bottle and I was looking to get rid of it and the cashier said the do not have recycling bins. Disappointed cause I love shopping there!

I always loved going to Winners and haven’t been to Winners on Landsdown for a while. I’m happy I did, the store is smaller than most Winners stores in Ottawa but I end up finding a super cute Santa Mug that I couldn’t find at the other

Interesting selection. All sorts of clothing, furnishings and decor. Prices vary. The last few years they've up they're prices so that it's not as affordable as it once was... but I still find a couple deals from time to time.

Great store - It is huge! The staff were quite friendly and assisted me in finding what I was looking for and providing alternatives as well. Too bad I didn't find that "fun colour" I was looking for. I'll be back! Thank you.

Largest Winners I've been too. Huge selection of clothing, kitchen and gift ideas. Plus we found some very nice jigsaw puzzles and of course Chocolate. If you are looking for Christmas decorations Winners is here for you.

They had clearance items marked with red stickers that were the same as the regular price. Also didn't give us much discount to an item that has a rip and missing a button. 10% off was not a great deal for damaged goods.

SEN Asian Cuisine is a great little place. The food was fresh and packed with flavour. Service was great and friendly. Really like this family run restaurant in the middle of all the chain restaurants at Landowne.

It has a well-stocked home-section, since it doesn't have a home-sense attached to it, various options for clothes, accessories, shoes/bags etc It's never very busy which makes it for a nice shopping stop-over.

Although this particular Winners doesn't have as much variety as maybe some of the larger stores, the staff are so friendly and the changing rooms are so clean, it"s actually one of my favorite locations.

Love this location. I've found some great finds like Missoni here. Many parents in the Glebe (including myself) have mentioned that it's missing a kids/baby section which we wish would be implemented.

Great spot for brand name items at sale prices. Might not have exactly what you're looking for but the selection is good enough that you'll probably find something to suit your needs.

Winners at Landsdowne park is nicely located, easy to get to. An easy stop if your out shopping, taking in a movie, a game or having a bite to eat.
