We had a great 5 star experience with Wolfenburg roofing. The flat roof of our commercial property (almost 5000 sq feet) was leaking badly and in need of replacement. I reached out to several roofers including Wolfenburg roofing as it was an emergency situation with the tenants business getting affected.. Jameel from Wolfenburg was very responsive, saw our business need and urgency and paid personal attention to the work. Despite being fully booked for several weeks with other projects, he still drove to the location which was quite far; put in temporary measures (tarps etc) to halt the leak (Without any extra charges) and also assured our commercial tenants that the roof will be fixed asap weather permitting. Jameel is a great communicator and his assurances put the tenants at ease. He fully followed up on all his commitments. He provided us a very reasonable quote which was much lower than all other roofers. We could tell immediately that he was not there to take advantage of our situation but was genuinely trying to help us. Jameel tried to prioritize our work based on the urgency. He provided us a detailed quote and once the contract was signed gave us a firm date which he stuck by for commencing the repair work. He worked with us throughout the repair process sending us details each day and pictures to show us the progress. He and his crew did an excellent quality repair work and finished it even before schedule. We are very happy with his services and communication skills. He fully delivered what he promised and provided a great customer experience. I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone in need of repair work and would definitely be contracting them for any future roofing work that we need for our other properties.

In need of a roof replacement for our semi-detached home, we decided to go with Wolfenburg. They did not disappoint... in fact, it was a pleasant experience with an excellent outcome. I have a roof problem and I contacted 5 of the top Roofing Company in the Ottawa, Ontario area. I finally settle on Wolfenburg Roofing, because they explains everything in detail. This shows knowledge and commitments to the project. The other roofers, some with higher and lower price were not so convincing. The 2nd thing I notice were they tried to get the job done earlier to make everyone happy. We did have problem with the materials not arriving for 2 months, but then the squeeze me in and get the job done right. 3rd, was when the tenant was on my butt every day. Wolfenburg send over a roofer who talks with my tenant who runs a pizzeria. Wolfenburg representative communicate very well and was able to calms everyone down and allows the works to be complete in a satisfaction for everyone. We had a problem recently and I have to call the sale director on a Saturday night. They did go beyond what is expected to call my tenant and settle schedule to came back and fix the issue. The issue was not part of the initial roof installation, but they did fixed problem. Hope this help you to decide who you might consider for your roofing needs.

So Glad that we went with Wolfenburg Roofing. We had received three quotes, with Wolfenburg being in the middle, price wise. As in the past, we have never made any decisions based on price alone. We looked at each company's reputation, the experience they had and the people we were dealing with. Of the three, Tighe and his associate (estimators) gave us an extremely good first impression of Wolfenburg. The team that actually did our roof deserve 6 Stars out of 5. They worked very hard, were very polite and were pleasant people to deal with. Maybe this was just yet another job for them to do, but they made me feel that they really valued me as a customer. (You don't see a lot of that these days and it says a lot about the roofing company that they work for.) All in all a great experience from day one. I had Wolfenburg replace the original tar and gravel roof on my 1961 bungalow. The entire process was well-communicated from start to end. The quote was clear, the materials used were explained and all my questions were answered. The work was done during the winter. The entire process, from complete removal of the old roof to insulation and new roof install, took about 6 days. Including included some on-the-spot adaptations to account for some unforeseeable structural repairs (that they handled with skill and speed). Over the course of the job I was up on the roof checking things out and getting to know the crew, and to a man they were friendly and accommodating of my many questions on the process. It really did feel like a collaboration, which I greatly appreciated. Everything I have seen points to a top quality job: professional materials installed by professionals who know their craft well. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Wolfenburg to replace my very old leaky flat roof. From the outset, I was impressed with their communication and professionalism. They provided me with a detailed quote immediately and when I wasn’t ready to begin work right away due to other renovations, they sent someone out to temporarily patch the roof leak free of charge. A few months later once I was ready the roof was completely replaced and I couldn't be happier with the result. I experienced some minor issues with my vents leaking which were not Wolfenburg’s fault (it’s an older house with some quirks) but nonetheless they sent a technician out twice to make repairs at no cost to me. Tighe was always responsive.when he wasn't available (during the Christmas break) Jamil was there. We had a new roof put on 4 years earlier that leaked from month 1, it had been a nightmare for 4 years in between fixes. I contacted wolfenburg and was hopeful for the first time. They made us a priority and pushed our job forward. They were a godsend, I can never explain the stress from having a roof that leaked for over 4 years straight and how important it is to hire the right company first. We saw pictures after they opened up the 'new roof" There was more work involved because of the damage caused over the last 4 years. They never brought up any extra charges that I know other companies would have done. The quote they provided is the one they charged, even though there was extra work involved. So you read the reviews of others who were pleased with the installation, but what about the follow up service in case a small problem develops and service is required, well I did on a Saturday during a major storm here in Ottawa. A call was made to the office and forwarded to John McGuire who called back promptly. After being told of the problem he contacted a service person named Corry who went out an fixed the problem. Later that day we received a ton of rain, the problem area was left dry, a job well done. Many roofing companies don't tackle flat roofs because it's a complicated system and there is a much greater chance of failure if not done properly. Wolfenburg specializes in this work - they came recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed in any way. Professional approach from estimate to invoice, the work was done when they said it would be done and most importantly, good communication about the job and the schedule. Tighe was my main point of contact and answered every call or email and Danny was on site to do the work and took pride in what he did and was super to deal with. Growing up in the construction industry allowed me to take a critical view of the work done on my aging, low pitched roof, home. I had numerous occasions to find myself surprised and delighted by the quality of the work done installing a membrane roof. I was always greeted fondly when checking in on the crew, and felt they had a level of respect for my property as if it was their own. This all happened during a particularily cold spell in March. Kudos to the team! With the final invoice, there were no surprises considering they were the best price. A promise was made to clean the lawn when the snow melts away. After finding a leak in our ceiling and calling a plumber who suggested we might need to call a flat roofer, I quickly called Wolfenburg and within minutes I was texting photos of the problem to Jamil. A few weeks later the flat roofers were there ripping up the old roof and laying down the new one. I recently had Wolfenburg complete a (flat) commercial roof installation for one of my properties. I have used other roofing companies in the past with other properties and it has always been a stressful and disappointing experience. Wolfenburg was GREAT AND THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!! John McGuire and the Wolfenburg Roofing crew, including the foreman, Ben, were professional, pleasant and efficient when we found our roof was leaking during thaws. John quickly scheduled the replacement of our old flat roof while the weather was still cold. As warmer weather was due in a couple of days, which would have lead to more water damage, they added extra workers to the job and finished it before the warmer weather returned. The whole experience was positive. They contained any mess from removing the old roof during the job and cleaned up everything perfectly after. I would highly recommend Wolfenburg.

Installed a new flat roof. Forman was responsive and communicated effectively about the status of the project. I emailed them in the spring to get my properly cleaned since the roof was installed in the winter and it was hard for them to properly clean the gravel from the old roof. Nancy emailed me back quickly to get me on the schedule. Follow up... They never came to do the spring clean up. I had to clean the deck roof myself. It was a super dirty job. The director of operations reached out to me and offered some compensation for the time spent cleaning. I’ll change much review to reflect this.

Moved into a house with a 20+ year old flat roof that needed replacement. Last spring we got quotes from 3 companies - Wolfenburg Roofing had the most affordable quote and were most professional during that process. Wolfenburg was very accommodating regarding payment which I hear is rare in the industry and was very much appreciated. Scheduling was delayed a bit - which I understand happens due to weather. Communication was also spotty at times, but installation went smoothly and new roof looks stellar. I highly recommended them, and I will surely be working with them again for future needs.

I researched and got a quote from quite a number of local companies who specialize in flat roofs. Wolfenburg was very responsive. I contracted Wolfenburg to replace the flat roof on my house as well as to replace one large skylight and 6 smaller skylights. Redid our roof and our attached neighbors’ at the same time in fall ’22 and now in spring ‘23 no issues so far. One thing to note was we had one piece of wood fascia come loose after the work was complete (admittedly the wood is old and eventually needs to be replaced) but they came the next day to re-fasten it.

We met Eli at RoofMart, as he was picking up supplies for his business. He saw us trying to tie-down some things in our truck and he realized that our straps were'nt strong enough.....out of the kindness of his heart, he gave us a heavy-duty strap. He was so friendly. They are definitely more than just a roofing company. These guys can do it all and excelled at problem solving. This was a unique project requiring the use of only pvc and plastic as it was a wet space. The room turned out stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received throughout.
