The older women at this location have got to be the most difficult, vindictive, condescending, and snide bank tellers I've ever had to deal with. I have had an account with WFNB since 1980. The account is so old it literally only has 4 digits. My office was in one of the original WFNB buildings where I used to do all of my banking since 1982, which unfortunately flooded during Harvey. Since the W Lake location has been closed, again from Harvey, this has been the closet to me. Sadly I find myself driving an extra 15 min away just to avoid these employees, who continually make me wait and refuse to deposit checks for minuscule reasons. Reasons that I've ONLY heard from this location in our 38+ years of banking with WF, like not having the 'Inc.' at the end of our business name. Even though I have made hundreds of deposits there and at every other location for 38 PLUS YEARS and not once have heard that excuse from ANYONE. Every time I'm in there they are giving resistance to a customer. Make the drive to Porter if your'e in the area. MUCH nicer people.

The redheaded lady was really pushy about opening an account then got rude and disrespectful when i didn't want to open one. Then they noticed me looking out of the window the nice lady that was helping me said "im sorry its taking soo long" i said "its ok i understand the computers only go so fast, im just watching for rain because I'm working outside today" the redheaded lady said "the rain aint gonna hurt you" and rolled her eyes. Then wispered something to the nice lady that was helping me and then started laughing. I hate going to that bank but it's closer than the other's, but if this is how Im gonna be treated I'll start driving a little further to one who's employee's are professional. I wish I would have gotten her name. It happened 2/28/19 around 11:20am with 2 ppl working. A redhead and an older sweet lady

We have been going to this location for several years, and I will agree with some of these comments that there have been some unpleasant bank tellers there in the past. Several months ago, our card was scammed at the gas pumps, we were just leaving on vacation, and all of our money was stolen from our account. ALL of it! I was a mess. They had just closed, but let me in and did everything to calm me down, talk us through what was going to happen, and replenished enough of the money so we can still take our trip. Mollie was the one who helped is, she was very professional, and explained things in a calm manner. Within days the bank replenished the missing money, and it was amazing. My husband and I are thankful for the way they helped us so quickly, and professionally.

Great Customer Service. My license was expired .Was trying to get to the D.M.V. office in Spring. Needed money. Teller wasn't able to give me money without approval from the manager. Manager was very busy. Showed teller my phone showing my appt at the D.M.V. Teller tried to get approval, for several minutes . Manager had clients and was on the phone . I started getting upset , the Teller gave me my money. Took several minutes. But the Teller prevailed!

You couldn’t ask for a better branch with the best customer service. Brooke, Miriam & Carrie are caring and willing to take that extra minute to ensure quality service. I have been to Woodforest banks in different areas while traveling but nothing compares to this branch. My family and I have been customers for over 10 years. I highly recommend them for your banking needs.

Absolutely without a doubt. This is is worse branch bank. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They don’t acknowledge their customers as humans. You can report them and absolutely nothing happens. 100 percent job security. Must be nice!!! (one star is way too generous)

Horrible bank! Horrible customer service and the employees are extremely rude! If you want to be valued and respected then you should definitely bank some where else! Unfortunately my company uses this bank so I don’t have a choice but to deal with it.

I agree that the older women at the location have a very bad attitude, but also the blond-haired manager has a very bad attitude also. I don't know why you would put people like these in a position to deal with the public.

The staff here is super helpful and friendly. On top of great service, the hours are super flexible for working people. They treat you like family here.
