THIEVES!!! I WROTE $300 Deposit on my slip but had $320 cash in hand. The stealing ass girl tried to take it and put $300 in the system. Another girl actually took the money and denied it and Woodforest did NOTHING! Also one of them boys in there did my son the same way. Imagine how many elderly people theyre ROBBING ON A DAILY BASIS!!!

I have been a customer of this bank for many years. I had someone steal money from my debit card after using a gas station pump and to the bank was wonderful and how they dealt with it and I felt like they actually do really care about their customers I highly recommend Woodforest Bank in the Heights

Currently been in line over 25 minutes. Only 4 people ahead of me in front, but the tellers are taking forever. Beautiful and clean Woodforest. In general, this Walmart is one of the cleanest that I have visited and I loved that this bank has this type of design that is a little more private for the client.
