"This was the worst experience ever"
"Haven't been to this branch for a while"
My wife and I had a very pleasant experience once again while doing our grocery shopping at Woolworths in Tygervalley shopping centre. Their produce is always top quality and the service we receive from their staff can't be faulted. The added bonus of a free coffee or two every now and then also doesn't go unappreciated.
This is woolworths on a whole. Their quality has gone way down. Bought a poncho online last year. I must have worn it 10 times this year , it looks so bad like I had it for years. The tops for woman are very short not considering plus size woman who wants to cover everything. They do not cater for evrryone
I'd like to make a suggestion. Train your staff to acknowledge every customer who walks into your coffee shop. Especially once they've sat down. I don't want to beg to be served or to be brought a menu. And fyi... it's NOT busy at all. 20 tables to be exact & most tables only have 1 customer sitting there.
This was the worst experience ever. The place was packed with no waiters to assist had to signal for one. Waited long for our order, then was incorrect, coffee cold. No manager insight. The system was not working to get a bill or pay. No manager or waiter to assist. Very bad for a Woolworths restaurant.
Haven't been to this branch for a while. It's a lot bigger now. Needed to exchange a clothing item. One of the managers saw I looked lost. He enquired what i needed and walked with me to customer service. That process was also efficient and hassle free. That's the kind of service that brings you back.
Wanted to treat my mother to breakfast this morning only to wait for 5 minutes without any one coming to greet us or show us to a table. The waiters was way more intested in chatting to eachother at the coffee station to pay attention to us. You lost 2 clients for good this morning.
I would like to congratulate Woolworth on a successful launch of their cafe and W Cellar. I visited both stores today and I was delighted with great service and kindness. To the liquor store staff well done, what an example for service industries to live up too. Great Job guys .
Really not impressed till points took very long as there was no packers this happened a hour before closing down the store ......one positive thing the tiller packed our goods very professionally I trust they will come up with a better solution to improve the services next time
The aisles are packed with stands so it's hard to navigate your way through the store and on busy days it's really terrible to pack aisles full of tables and shelves so people can't move around properly. Food section staff are quite nice, clothing and country road not so much.
In the new Woolworth's restaurant in Tygervalley the breakfast was good, but the service was VERY poor on Sunday 11.15. We waited 20 min before a waiter took our order. We waited an hour for our food. It was very busy, however the staff was not well organised.
For some reason or the other my Woolies card was discontinued. So went in to have the card renewed but was informed that the account had been closed. So i decided to open a totally new account. I was assisted by Ms Muneeba Henkerman who had
Exceptional service from OLIVIA ABRAHAMS ladies fashion section. I am disabled and she became my personal shopper even helping me in the changing room. Lovely smile on her face the entire time, very friendly and asking if there was anything
OH Woolies, ooooh! Your displays are rocking it. I enjoyed my stay very much, mostly lingering around the flowers and the succulents. I've been at this shop a few times only and every time I go, I already wonder when my next visit will be.
What I like about this Woolies: it's big and spacious, there are clothing, cosmetics, food and home departments which usually each have a wide variety of items, lots of fitting rooms, loads of cashiers in the food department so the queues
The sales assistances that work within the Trendery department are appalling. We drove through as online stated tygervalley had the specific Jean in stock however when we got to the branch we were told , oh we don’t know it’s not here, it
I am referring to the new restaurant. I give a 1. You do not have the staff nor the kitchen staff to handle the volume of people in the restaurant. If you are not prepared to wait for a long time....... Don't waste your time going there .
I wanted to order cupcakes for a very important birthday , and spoke to a person on the floor to order, I went in on Wednesday to check about order and found that person firstly could not be found and secondly no order was put in. I was
I think Woolworths should ask outside promoters who use their premises to vet their people and teach them customer service. The Lindt promoter in-store today was very condescending and was quick to give tasters to other light skinned
Went to buy some stuff for our mini holiday and took a detour through the ladies clothing. One of the ladies came up to assist me and within a few minutes I was measured and had the correct sizes in hand. What wonderful service
This Tygervalley branch albeit very busy on the Sunday we went was a joy to be in. Returns counter was hectic BUT staff remained helpful & courteous. A pleasure walking around as well
One of the noisiest eateries in Dville, Tygervalley. Why restaurant staff is permitted to communicate loudly verbally and overpowering the class of an eatery of this kind is wrong!
The new coffee shop at this store, was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, not enough staff. Secondly, the acoustics are so bad that, it makes the restaurant extremely noisy
Still have not received a call back on an item that had to be sourced from another branch. This is not the first time that I am met with such unprofessional service at this branch.
Service great, store neat, but also quite hot inside... although not as much as at the Cape Gate branch which have had problems with their aircon for the longest time already!!
I love this mall so much. As a child, this is the mall that we shopped at. This mall was around way before Willowbridge, Canal walk and all the other malls even existed.
The absolute best in everything .... not my local so I go their for a special treat love the store..... all the different departments are there ...... …
Visited the Woolies Café today. It lost 1 star due to the noise level but they've only been operating for 3 weeks so I'm sure they'll look at noise reduction soon.
Wonderful shop to shop in. Very friendly staff and very obliging. Unfortunately shelves empty early Sunday mornings and carb free foods not available when needed.
They went out of their way and helped us to get my daughter's school uniform ~ i.e. school jacket and pantihose. You guys are awesome
Big and comprehensive. Was impressed with their client services today when exchanging a shirt for a different size - very professional.
Had the Eggs Florentine with extra bacon and a Grande Cappuccino. Both exceptional. Cute little corner to have a quick breakfast.
What can I say, Woolworths guarantees quality, and if by the off chance you have a bad experience, they fix it without haggling.
I always have a good experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice variety of clothing and food.
Relaxing shopping experience. Got all the Christmas shopping needed. Well stocked. Enjoyed the time spent in store.
My go to woolies shop, never had a bad experience there, staff always helpful and stock plenty available
Totally amazing experience. Helpful staff cheerful and friendly cashiers. I will shop there every time
Nice woolies. Quite large and has most of the stock. Great variety. Doesn’t have a lot of home items!
It's a great store, very wide range of items but the staff is terrible. Awful service.
Clean, proper layout of store, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for!
It was very busy, but a well organised store with helpful staff.
