I’m originally from Tainan and I’ve been to a few gyms here and there but this one is my fav of all, it’s got multiple levels above ground whereas a lot of other gyms are built in the basement, all sorts of equipments for weight training and cardio and free classes (yoga, body pump…etc) for you to take on a daily basis. If you do go, definitely find BRYAN the sales rep, he’s helped me get my discount, take leaves, and provided me with all I need to know about using this gym, I highly recommend having Bryan as your go-to person for pleasant gym experiences. 我本身是台南人所以我多少去過幾家健身房不過world gym西門店是我最喜歡的，這家健身房有到三樓不像很多其他的健身房都在地下室，有各種健身器材不論你要重訓還是有氧都行，每天都還有免費的課程可以上（瑜珈、body pump之類的）如果想辦會員一定要找布萊恩Bryan，他幫我超多，折扣、請假還有這間健身房的所有各種須知找他處理都沒問題，所以如果你想無憂無慮的健身的話，我真心推薦找布萊恩
