DO NOT HIRE Worsoff Law if you have a mental health case - you will be WORSE OFF! If I could give zero stars I would! We retained Worsoff Law's legal services, it was an utterly disgraceful representation. Inexperience at its finest, false promises, poor communication, dishonesty and unorganized. Just sheer disappointment. We approached Mitchell Worsoff with a mental health case. Mitchell Worsoff told us that the firm has experience in this area and sold us on the idea that he would be successful in achieving a positive outcome in a short period of time. Considering the reviews and after doing our own research we proceeded with retaining his legal services. Unfortunately, Worsoff Law achieved very little success. To make matters worse Mitchell Worsoff asked Jordan Silver to represent us in court for our matter. Jordan Silver had a bad attitude, he swore (used expletives) on multiple occasions, he was very impatient, unprepared and was awful with communication. In the end, we were forced to retain a different lawyer who was able to achieve our desired results upon hire. Something that Worsoff Law should have done from the beginning! We approached Mitchell Worsoff requesting at least half of the legal costs back. Mitchell Worsoff said he would get back to us, didn’t provide the refund or a receipt for our cash payments. A lawyer with any decency and the smallest ounce of integrity for the piss poor representation that we received wouldn't even think twice about providing the refund. Zero out of 10, don’t recommend! Dont waste your time and money with this firm!

Very nice people however the experience with this firm was very unprofessional. I presented Mitch my case early 2018 to see if there was anything he could do to assist me - he barely looked it over however they wanted to "TRY" - basically wanted my money and go from there. Over the course of a year, I was available anytime to "meet" however they always wanted payment. They had no strategy the whole time nor communicated dates/times of anything so I could not assist myself. While I was in Scarborough at the firm, I was asked to drive back and forth to the staples near by to print my own items or copies for him with my own money when they clearly had their own printer there. This was on top of the $10,000 plus tax that I paid them, with no delays. They never called me after any trial, no updates, barely any communication once they had my money. The lawyer also changes 3 times, I paid Mitch thinking this was my lawyer, received Jona, then that was changed to a new person named Daniel. I mean, Daniel did his best but he was just out of school, nothing against him he was just non-experienced. I would not use this lawyers office ever again for any legal issues.

I would highly recommend Mitchell, hands down. He has helped me out for the last 20 years and I would not have it any other way. Mind you, I haven't needed him consistently for the last 20 years but sure enough, I'll get a speeding, failure to stop or handheld and he's always made sure I was looked after. When Mitchell tells you "not to worry", you don't. He always kept all lines of communication open and there were never any dumb questions from me, as I would tend to expect the worst. He's represented numerous friends, as well as family and the outcomes have always been in our favor. Mitchell doesn't treat you as a client, he treats you like family and will do everything in his power to ensure that his "family is looked after". He has always appeared in court for me with the exception of one time when he had to be our of town for an arraignment but he let me know well in advance and we had the case adjourned until Mitchell was able to attend. Again, I highly recommend Mitchell for anything that you may require a (criminal) lawyer for.

Somehow still has his license and the LSO and CRA just let him get away with everything. This individual is a special person with some serious pathological issues, which is why he is all too happy to work in this area of law and be boss to a motley crew of the profession’s rejects. He likes to wield total power over others, and then blackmail or sue them (see his own family lawsuit and how even his own children didn’t stop him from going full bush league scorch earth destructive) when he doesn’t get his way. If you’re a paralegal he feels threatened by, he will attack you physically in a courthouse, because he believes he’s above the law itself (and so far, he clearly has been). Be careful of this firm if you’re vulnerable in any way: as a client, as an employee (male but esp. female) as a paralegal or colleague he thinks he can bully.

Mr. Worsoff and all members of his firm worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my matter, ending in a result better than I could have imagined. Throughout the entire process Mitchell was the definition of professional. In addition he was kind, courteous and more than willing to help me with all questions and concerns. His fees were extremely reasonable and a small price to pay for the peace of mind he provided through his stellar service and expertise. All the while this was happening at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic where Mitchell and staff accommodated me in any way I needed and made me feel comfortable and completely safe. This law firm is the worst! All they’re interested in is your money. The service was very poor, every time I went to visit it’s the same thing over n over . They haven’t tell me a legit concrete answer or idea how they’re going to beat my case, one day I went there they last my files and scrapping around to find it.
