most terrible experience in a hairdresser ever!!!!! I wanted just to get rid of lighter roots and do some coloring to my hair to fit the lighter roots, no big deal, nice morning thing to do, I THOUGHT!!!! but then: hair turned green, really really unfriendly crowd, I was sitting there three hours crying and nothing happend, beside there accusing me, my previous european hair color, that I might be too unsecure in general and the manager said: "this just happens to heroin addicts"!! etc. they tried to explain a lot (telling me mainly it was not their fault...), as I would be a stupid child, I went out after three hours crying still with lighter roots and dark hair...and it WAS costly 1400 R (90 Euro), not cheap, really unfriendly crowd, more concerned about how THEY looked, my poor hairdresser had to do three people (two others and myself) in the same time, they are heartless and hard and bad treatment for my hair....worst experience ever ever!!! terrible place!!! not even offered anything, just stupid, arrogant etc. never experienced something like that before.. strange people, probably so used to treat people badly, they don't care anymore and they are not responsible at all. please be aware.

I can recommend this place: Got a proper haircut, and also enjoyed the space which is very beautiful — kind of a gentrified, reclaimed industrial building (now a smallish designer mall with Wyatt one of maybe 20 shops) which has been nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and lots of ferns. In fact this place would feel right at home in a hip part of London, Rotterdam or Hong Kong as well. Prices are alright, sure it's not cheap but didn't feel overpriced either. Rather a you pay a bit more but the quality is also on par situation. Covid: In these strangw times important to stay save and not take shortcuts and they didn't take any: Temperatures taken, hands sanitized and both clients and staff consistently wear masks. In fact when mine was starting to slip the tiniest amount I was immediately asked to readjust so that mouth and nose would be covered which was quite reassuring.

The experience at the Wyatt salon was good, and I felt that my requests were being understood. Overall my main request was to have a hair cut that wouldn’t have ‘blunt finishes’, with an overall flow especially for my face. However, this was not the case when I inspected my hair at home. I felt that my hair had very blunt finishes and didn’t blend how discussed in the appointment. I also felt that, I received a noticeable fringe , which wasn’t discussed either. When I contacted the salon, and expressed my concerns about my hair. I received very short and unconcerned response, without any attempt to remedy the situation. I feel that regardless of miscommunication that might have occurred (although I believe I was very clear) - as business it should try and assist the client to fix the concerns.

My first experience here was lovely - Sylvia was wonderful. My second experience with a new hairdresser was disappointing and felt a bit careless. I was also asked if I wanted a treatment without being warned at the cost - I think it is ethical to make these things clear and not everybody can afford all of these additions. I deliberately just wanted to get a trim (which was a bit shorter than I wanted) and colour to cut costs. To be honest I felt very cheated for what it cost but understand that other people pay this. I get this place has a particular reputation so I need to make clear that my first experience was great but not my second.

It took me a long time to find my dream hair salon. Wyatt is it They are clean, modern, professional and pay attention to your hair. I often found some salons never really listened to what I wanted for my hair... now I get my hair to be the hair of my dreams and more . I have no doubt that in the times of “ new normal “ Wyatt will pay attention to all the guidelines and have everyones health and safety at their best interests. Can’t wait to see the team and Gareth again

I had been wanting to go to Wyatt based on the good reviews I had heard from friends and I was not disappointed! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, contemporary and fresh. It is clean and they have made every possible effort to make it a safe environment. I gave my stylist - Silvia - some photos for inspiration and she created an even better colour and style than I had envisioned. I highly recommend Wyatt and will definitely be visiting the salon many times in my future.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Wyatt. Candice consulted with me to understand my needs and recommended treatments which exceeded my expectations. Her aftercare advice was also amazing. The scalp rejuvenation treatment felt beyond amazing and left my scalp feeling fresh and clean. The team is great at communicating and managing your expectations and the salon is spacious, relaxing ,well equipped and will have you feeling relaxed in seconds.

I was a pure drop in customer, who was in desperate need of a complete restyling of my curly hair, so that when I returned to my home in tropical humid Goa, my hair would still fall into place, and I could wash and wear. I'm sorry I dont remember the name of my hairdresser, but she did say she lived in London for a bit. She did a superb job, I'm loving it!!! And i can tell it will grow out really well too. Thank you

Visiting Wyatt is always a treat. The salon is beautiful and modern, the hairdressers professional and simply the best. This week I made a booking with Velvet for my color and the results are fantastic. She is an artist who has an eye for the right color. She really understood my 'brief'. Did 'color melting' for vibrancy and it suits me so well! Lovely bob cut with Simoné. Candice also cuts my short bob beautifully.

Really disgusted at the lack of attention I received from Taryn, she left me for twenty minutes to attend to another customer, and then proceeded to tell me that is how things work here and continue to discuss the other customer when she returned. I was her inconvenience not her client. She really took me for granted. Premium price for this... Gary and Rafique would never have done this.

I have been going to Wyatt Hairdressing for years and I have never had a bad experience. I am often complimented on the condition of my hair at shoots (and for blonde this is rare) and I have Wyatt to thank for this. The team is like a family and I always feel welcome. They are honest about what they can achieve and what will suit you, attentive and I always leave feeling beautiful.

Candice and her team are the best in the SA. The team take time to consult their clients and always consider the clients' needs, as well as what is best for the condition of their clients hair. I am yet to find another salon that make me feel so at ease and welcome in their beautiful space. I always walk out of Wyatt feeling like a million bucks. Highly highly recommended *****

I've been going to Wyatt for regular cuts for the last three years. Staff is friendly and helpful, and certainly goes the extra mile ensuring you walk out of there feeling like a a million bucks. Stylists travels regularly abroad, learning new methods and techniques, keeping at the forefront of international trends for hair. I can highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I've been to Wyatt on and off for years and always left with the warmth of an experience, an entertainment and a new learning - rather than simply a hair treatment and a great new style. Grethe is truly a miracle worker and having my hair done by a queer folk as a queer folk myself - paved the way for a truly comforting and excellent service experience. Such a beautiful salon! I have always had a good time and impeccable service! The salon is beautifully designed to make you feel relaxed and you can sometimes be greeted by the 2 most adorable little Poodles who also, obviously, have the best hairstyles LOL! I normally cut my hair with Gareth who I cannot recommend enough! Definitely worth 5 stars!

What a great place to go for a professional haircut. Candice and her team are all round professionals and the space is calming and inviting. They have a barber available as well. They offer so much more than just a haircut and actually invest a great deal of time in their craft, which you dont always find with general salons.

Had a lovely time with Candice However, when I called to book another appointment and ask about hair products, they picked up the phone and carried on with their conversation. I tried three time before someone actually spoke to me - when I did talk to them it was short and like I was wasting their time.
