Wynwood Walls, a vibrant artistic haven in Miami, is currently undergoing renovations, promising an exciting revival when it reopens on the 17th of November. Despite the construction buzz, the allure of Wynwood's street art scene remains undeniable. The heart of Wynwood lies in its mesmerizing murals, and even during renovations, the surrounding areas boast an array of captivating artworks by talented artists. These larger-than-life creations transform the neighborhood into an open-air gallery, showcasing a dynamic mix of styles and cultural influences. The imminent reopening adds an extra layer of anticipation, promising a refreshed space that continues to push the boundaries of urban art. Wynwood Walls is more than just a collection of murals; it's a testament to the transformative power of public art. The immersive experience takes visitors on a visual journey through the creativity and imagination of renowned and emerging artists alike. From bold colors to intricate details, each mural tells a unique story, contributing to Wynwood's reputation as a global street art destination. As the renovations near completion, Wynwood Walls remains a must-visit for art enthusiasts and casual observers alike, promising an even more dazzling display of creativity upon its reopening.

Stepping into this art walk-through experience has always been a treat for the senses, showcasing an array of captivating exhibits. While the atmosphere was a tad crowded for my preference, the diversity and creativity on display made it an engaging visit. Personally, I lean towards more of a self-guided exploration around the neighborhood, yet this experience is undeniably worth a visit at least once. What sets this place apart is its ever-evolving nature. A portion of the museum's exhibits rotates, ensuring that subsequent visits offer fresh displays, preventing the repetition of the same artworks. This aspect adds a layer of intrigue and makes it enticing for return trips. Despite the crowd, the allure of the varied exhibits and the promise of changing displays make this museum a worthwhile experience. For those seeking a dynamic and evolving artistic journey, this spot is a must-visit, even if the preference leans towards a quieter, self-paced exploration of the neighborhood's artistic offerings.

Who would have thought street art was going to take off? Some of the earliest expressions of street art were certainly the graffiti which started showing up on the sides of train cars and walls by gangs in New York. The subversive impact was felt in the 1970s and 1980s. Fast forward many very talented artists from around the world have embraced their work on murals and sculptures. Wynwood Walls displays many original works by world renowned artists of all genres. I don’t know much about art but I feel joy and happiness. I am in awe in sight of magnificent artworks. Most art seems to tell a story and lets me connect with the artist and see things through their eyes. Absolutely an amazing experience. We will come back! If you are an aesthete like me and enjoy the outdoors you’re going to love Wynwood Walls, an amazing landmark in Miami. Highly recommend!

When in Miami, a visit to Wynwood Walls is an absolute must. You'll be captivated by the vibrant and stunning street art, unlike anything I've ever witnessed before. The art walls are simply beautiful and offer a perfect backdrop for countless photo opportunities. Admission costs $12.84 per adult, and they also offer an additional $8 guided tour option. For those seeking a hands-on experience, you can easily sign up to participate in wall spray painting. It's an incredible and unexpected experience that truly highlights the beauty and intrigue of this art form. You can easily spend a few hours here with your family, and if you happen to visit on the weekend, you can indulge in a variety of delicious foods at the adjacent Smorgasburg food festival. One drawback to note is that parking in the area is exclusively paid street parking.

We had not planned on going into Miami, I saw this place online. I am so thrilled that we stopped. Beautiful, beautiful exhibits. A fabulous way to spend our morning. Every artist exhibiting was amazing. We are told that the outside murals that are painted, 15 of them are painted over and redone completely every year by select artists. So it sounds like you could enjoy this beautiful place often. The murals around town are phenomenal as well. You’re also not paying, but I strongly suggest you pay the entrance fee. You’ll be in for a big surprise Lol of course because of traffic, etc. you could not view them as well as you to cut the exhibits inside. I am so happy to have found this place a great surprise. Inexpensive

I can hardly believe it! In all my years, I have never seen anything quite like this before. I am completely amazed and inspired by what I have witnessed, yet at the same time, I feel overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of it all. If you plan to visit, I would recommend going on a day that isn't too hot since most of it is outdoors. The exhibits are truly amazing, and there is simply no comparison to anything else. As for the galleries indoors, they are absolutely bursting with colors and energy, and I loved every single room that I walked into. And let's not forget about the shops! You can take home any piece you want, and if you can't bear to part with something, you can even purchase it right there in the gallery. Trust me, this is an absolute must-visit place, while in Miami!

Boy, this place has changed. You now have to pay to get in. They make the process easy. It is done electronically. They have many computers inside an air-conditioned area to be used. Inside it's beautiful. I liked the monkey artwork. I found it very cute. The area is surrounded by artworks such as paintings, artwork, sculptures, and other things. It is an entertaining place for art lovers. The place had two air-conditioned buildings with nice art work inside and antique-looking things. I got to do something cool. They had this spray paint art project going on and I got to participate. It was cool to spray paint. I had a great time here. I was told that the art work changes every so often. I guess that means I will be back.

I really enjoyed visiting the Wynwood Walls. It was my first time there. I definitely suggest walking around the area as well. If you are into art, you will not be disappointed. You could find art from all kinds of media whether it be spray paint, acrylic paint, oil paint, bronze, or plastic. My favorite part of my trip was trying to spray paint myself in which you will have to fill out a waiver. This is a water-based spray paint so you don't have to worry about getting your clothes stained or breathing toxic chemicals. My guide was awesome and very informative about every piece. Take pictures because there are annual changes.

First time visiting this location which was amazing beautiful artwork would like to see more of this type of culture. My wife and I spent a few hours here and also goto write on the walls ourselves, this is a must stop by when you’re in town young to older age group comfortable vibes. Smile and take lots of pictures. The bear was the best to me put together with garbage materials so cool/playa/dope lol. This event was super fast checking in and price was only $12.00 bring your own water bottle.

I would recommend taking the guided tour for an extra eight dollars. Kata did an amazing job on the guided tour and she really knows a lot of the history about the graffiti culture, so it made the experience that much more enriching. What an amazing place to see such a variety of beautiful artwork, with such a rich and deep history and the street culture. I would recommend setting aside two hours total to visit everything, with the guided tour taking 60 minutes.

It’s a quite famous place and as beautiful as the pictures. The entry is free if you are a student. You can purchase tickets on site. It’s a really quick process at the entrance. All the art works are well thought, they tell stories. There is enough space to sit and observe and click pictures. There was a cart selling icecream and water but I recommend carrying your own because I’m not sure if the cart is regular. If you want to spend more time then the gift shop is great too.

I had a one night business trip to Miami with very little time to explore. This was my #1 place to squeeze in a visit. I only had about an hour to walk around and grab some lunch but I was able to get some great photos from the outside of the establishment. If I had more time I would have gladly paid the $12 to enter. The amount of time and talent that went into the wall art here is amazing! I’m glad I made the time to stop by.

Amazing space to visit - I signed up for the sneak peek tour on a Monday morning and ended up getting a tour all by myself which was fun. Because it was before hours, the galleries were not accessible though so you technically have to stay until after it opens to see the galleries which was not a big deal. Appreciated all of the different type of art featured and different types of artists represented. Highly recommend!

So much to see in and around here. It was a great experience. We even got to try some spray painting graffiti on a wall. We found the admission price fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice gift shop. Even outside the museum, there was so much to see all around the neighbourhood. You can walk for hours and you still won’t be able to see all the murals in one visit. Very easy to get here either on car or bus. Highly recommended.

If you're into Art galleries this is the place! There are outdoor and indoor galleries. Each area displays vibrant colours and unique depictions. It was not busy during the weekdays. Staff were lovely and welcoming! As a student, it was cheap and affordable. Visited this place with friends so it was nice to take pictures with them. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys Art galleries.

Love the atmosphere! Very fun art, with so much history around the area! So much talent in the area! Great local stores and food locations! Not crowded during the week which was great! I went during the day and it was safe! During the night I’m unsure! However I did notice there was no trash cans around to throw trash away, and streets seemed abandoned with garbage.

This was our first experience in Wynwood and even though it was raining, it still felt like the most colorful place I’ve ever been in. The murals were enormous and created with incredible detail. Tickets were also very well priced, especially for students. It helped paint a picture for the rest of the district, as even outside the museum there were murals all around, notably the giant one of Messi.

Such an great art exhibit! I wasn’t sure at first, but well worth the visit and the $12 entrance fee. There was an interactive portion included in the ticket price. Friendly staff and cool gift shop at the end. Art that will appeal to many people! Go solo or with a group of friends and family. Much much more art than the pictures in reviews suggest.

Miami is full of cool new hot places to visit, and Wynwood Walls is one of these booming activities you should do when in Miami. This place used to be free to enter, but now has a cover fee. You can still experience it for free by walking around the building. Plus, the Wynwood area is full of vibrant stores, exquisite restaurant, and dope nightclubs!

Great walking and exploring! While Europe is filled with history and art, there are so few places in the USA that wear and parade their art at every corner! Wynwood has art everywhere you look! Even the sidewalks have Jess area and artistic posts. The shops are super cool and some hippy chic - it’s just FUN!! Bring water to drink cuz it’s hot out there! But there are some cute places and cafes to eat and drink. Awesome artistic flavor! Great taste of Miami!!

  • Fayvenn

Amazing landmark to visit in Miami. I walked around for 4+ hours, just soaking in & appreciating the variety and depth of emotion each graffiti induces. If you love arts or just want some inspiration, this is the place you need to see. Most of the murales are freely accessible, but there are some specific ones that you have to pay to see.

If you haven't been to Wynwood it's definitely worth the trip. There's a sort of flea market area that is fun to check out during the day and at night there's salsa dancing and all sorts of clubs and bars surrounding the whole area. There's this one street food vendor that does real BBQ that was great. It's more of a tourist crowd during the day and at night the locals come out.

Fun neighbor. It was closed when we got there but you could still see a lot that was inside and the street leading to and from where also filled with great art. Music playing all around.

Fun, affordable, interesting thing to do! Definitely worth checking out. Most of the museum is outside, but it has a paved path the whole way through with a cart selling water and sweet treats.

Cozy district well decorated with mural paintings. Worthed a visit that can take a couple of hours. Some nice bar. Parking in the street with the specific app and in some private yards.

  • Christophe Cleeren

Awesome, great artworks and also interesting expos in 2 indoor spots (with airconditioning!). They even let you place your own street art (at least if you could within 2 minutes). More

Ex artist? Visit and be inspired to remember to just keep creating. But for the ladies, they don't have much toilet paper.
