Rooms are to small, not enough room to put away your clothes, like a chair, some of the girls on there website have not worked there for over a year, no direct billing avail, Massage tables are not very comfortable at all, they feel like your lying on a piece of lumber, although recently renovated to look a little nicer, & Have more rooms, a lot more thought should of been put in regarding customer wants & needs, not just lipstick & mascara. & finally this is one of my pet peeves. I get that all the staff are of Asian decent, but I find it extremely rude when, & I know this for a fact, that the Asian staff at this place can all speak English, but, for any staff of any company or business to speak another language other than english when there is an English speaking only customer present. How rude!!!

I know I reviewed Xiaoping spa 2 years ago but I felt compelled to do so again. Since then I have become a "regular" and exclusively patronize them. (No, I don't work there!) I have had massages from all eight of the ladies there and can tell you they are all excellent- each with their own interesting techniques! (I'd have to say Annie, Wendy, Cindy and Lois are my favourites ;) )I have always been greeted cheerfully and treated royally. The place is spotlessly clean and clean linens and towels are always used. There are no sales pitches and no "upsell" I ALWAYS get a full 60 minute massage when I pay for a 60 min. massage. The ladies are always smartly dressed in matching "scrub" type outfits. And a bottle of water is handed out.

Their website said they do Thai Massages. Called to book and asked if they did Thai Massages and was told yes so booked. Showed up and was told there is no such thing and they don't do it. Pointed out it's on their website and they said it was old. What kind of business did not update their website to reflect current services?!?! They tried to get us to do other massages but we went there specifically for the Thai Massages . They didn't appear to be professional. It was our first time there and it left a bad impression and feeling like it's a shady place. Won't be going back at all.

I usually don’t give reviews but I have to say that this place is really special for me that I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. Firstly, the place is very neat and clean. Secondly, all the ladies there are complete professional and you always get your quality time with them. Lastly, they always treat you very warmly like they are always happy to see you.. Almost treating you like royalty. For me this is one of my favourite place to relax and unwind. I cannot recommend this place enough.

NOISY, NOISY PLACE! NOT A PLACE TO REST. The front desk staff would YELL in the short, narrow hallway and call other massage therapists while they are in session. The massage itself is great, thus the 2 stars but the environment is not a "spa" that they call themselves. More like an "in" and "out" cheap massage place. The sheets are so thin, my rags would be "plushy" compared to their bed sheets.

Xiaoping Spa is my favourite place for a great massage! I have been a customer for 4 years and have enjoyed seeing the many improvements in service, facilities and equipment. It is always spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Direct billing is available and all credit cards accepted. Open long hours to accomodate anybody. Oh, and did I mention- a great massage!

i went here today. and had a deep tissue massage. from a very nice lady she said her name was mi. or however its spelled . it was a very nice experience. , my first time. but i highly recommend her. should have done months ago. now im ready. for my physically damanding job. with for once a relaxed body. thank you mi, from phil

I used to always get great service here, massages are literally health care for me, but my last visit was so bad I might not go back again. My back hurt more when I left than it did before I went in.

Excellent service if you are looking for a good professional massage. Just be careful as the establishment next door also advertises its services as Massage but that establishment is a brothel.

Jiatli was so great , just the right pressure and nice to talk too - great sense of humour and i will be going back regularly- thank you my back and neck are so much better

Well priced, however, some of the associates have a language barrier and don’t use a translator app? It is not a quiet place to relax without noise canceling head phones…

Foot massage was not worth of 67$ at all. They make me waited for a long time and then there was rubbing oil on my foot only.

Although I was booked with 1 therapist, I had to get a massage from a different therapist. The massage was still great.
