Beyond frustrated at this point if I could give them less than one star I would. Purchased a kit and course from them for $900 only for them to have the product delivered WITHOUT signature. Reached out to them and from the start admin tells me it is out of their control and to contact the delivery company. Contacted them and they said it was delivered to the correct address and it was to be delivered without signature so I have to contact supplier. They reach out to me only to tell me "they're not a big company like walmart and they sent the product and they are also losing money" and how it 2was my responsibility to "make a special request" and let them know I needed my package to be delivered without signature.... No where when making the purchase or anywhere on their site does it indicate we need to do that. Why would such an expensive product be left without a required signature I dont get that. To then be told "your order is not only $900 for product it also includes training" Like excuse me? Product is still worth over $300 and if I dont have the product how will I get certified? They said in the past customers used to get mad when they requested for signature thats why they don't do that anymore like is this a joke? If they don't help me with this I guess I will have no option but to dispute the charge and wait to get my money back which is sad because I really wanted to be certified from them and the way they are handling this is so poor. Anyone looking to take a course online dont do it because if your package gets lost they wont care and will most likely not help you in thee situation because that is what is happening to me right now!!
