I had high hopes of being able to connect with a non-national chain pharmacy to call in a prescription. The reviews were good and I was energized in the support of a family owned pharmacy. Sadly although it opened at 9 AM for at least 15 minutes and no one answered the pharmacy would not answer the operator did not answer And it was seem to meet at the mission of a pharmacy is to not only deliver prescriptions to patients but be able to take them in so the patients might come in and pick them up. This seems to be a very sad affirmation of the fact that private owned pharmacies are turning more and more like a large uninterested impersonal unprofessional patient unfriendly institutions. Very sad indeed

Lev at Xpress Lane Pharmacy is a good example of why it pays to support neighborhood business. Professional, friendly, excellent service, good inventory, always ready to help...he can't be beat. He has won and will keep my family's business. Why go somewhere else? He learns your name, gets every prescription or order right, treats his customers like gold. He stays ahead of all my family's prescriptions, has a great selection of health & beauty items, and if he hasn't got something you need in stock, he orders it on the spot, and within 24 hrs, you have it in hand, and then he keeps the item in stock for you for the same good price (or better) than you can get it online.

Pharmacist Lev is absolutely the best pharmacist in NYC. Our son is on his own in NYC with a multitude of medical issues and switches in insurance coverage. Lev knows my son by name, when I call he knows my son's name and his meds and his doctors and his insurance problems. He even helped us to get some medications express mailed to my son when he lost them while traveling! after hours, during hours, at all times Lev at XPress Lane on Nassau Street has gone way above and beyond his duty as a medical professional. I can't imagine how our son would have managed without him.

This is a wonderful caring and friendly pharmacy. My elderly mother lives in the neighborhood and the owner of the pharmacy goes out of his way to assist us. He always knows when to renew her prescription. Lev will call my mother's doctor if he needs to renew a prescription for her. It is also so helpful that they deliver to her apartment. I am so grateful that my husband found this pharmacy. I am so grateful to the owner and their caring staff for all they do for their customers.

Happy Springtime nyc 21. Xpress Lane Pharmacy located on Nassau Street in the Financial District of nyc is an old mom and pop kind of store. The pharmacy is very small for a pharmacy. The center island for displaced items takes up the entire center of this little quaint shop. Small as it is, it carries medications and other items that bigger pharmacies do not. So give them a try, you might be pleasantly surprised.

This is a one-of-a-kind Pharmacy not like those big chain pharmacies these people are excellent people they truly care about their customers I had a problem with my doctor which wasn't their fault but they went out of their way to make it right again it was not even their problem but they went out of their way to make sure that everything was right I give this Pharmacy 10 Stars my name is. The best pharmacy I've ever gone to. Hands down, professional and quick service. Lev reminds me when I need to get a prescription update and makes sure I get everything I need. He dealt with my insurance when they were a hassle and a half and I am still super grateful for this. I've moved further from here but he's still my pharmacist because it's a pleasure to work with him.

I don’t often go to Xpress Lane, but when I’m in a bind, they never let me down. Firstly, they almost always have the medicines I need when they are out of stock in the pharmacy I frequent. Secondly, they have the best service for both antigen and PCR COVID testing. I called to schedule, got there on time, and left in 20 minutes. Their service is excellent.

We did our COVID test here, both antigen and PCR for travel purpose. It took 15 minutes for us to get an antigen result and 5 days for PCR results. If you don’t have US insurance they will charge $40/person for antigen and $125/person for PCR. Call them if you need more information, they always happily to assist you. Good service .. recommend

I love this pharmacy. They are superb. They are so accommodating and go above and beyond to help their patients. I just came in for a rapid Covid test it was so organized and super fast. Arnel went above and beyond in getting me a certified note from the pharmacist in lieu of an itemized receipt several months after I made a purchase here. Every time I enter I'm warmly greeted. The owner has an uncanny ability to remember nearly any visitor, their needs, and will go out of his way to be helpful. He'll tell you to "just call" and he means it. I cannot overstate how great this neighborly pharmacy is. Expect fast and friendly service. I'm never going elsewhere.

I first got a test here on the 26th and have been getting all my tests (2 so far) here since. They’re super nice, organized and efficient and have made this experience so much better. Called searching for something that's out of stock in the (many) pharmacies I tried and I couldn't have received better service. Far more informed and interested than anywhere else I called and resulted in him ordering it to collect in a few days- which no one else offered to do. Happy to have found this place.

Extremely badly organized place. Waited 2+ hours for a rapid antigen test. You need to line up for paperwork first and then follow another line outside in the cold for 1+ hour to get tested. There is just one person (re)checking your paperwork and doing the PCR and antigen test. Horrible horrible experience

This is a superb local pharmacy. Very helpful, great advice, and supportive when you have specific requests that help reduce your Rx costs. I go out of my way to return to this pharmacy even though I've moved out of the area. Would highly recommend over a big chain pharmacy.

Now that I’ve switched to an independent pharmacy I’m never going back to Rite Aid. I’ve never had problems filling my prescriptions, and it’s been so much better. Highly recommend Xpress Lane.

Anyone with any sense will ultimately end up at Lev’s Xpress Lane. Thoughtful and thorough - and it’s even possible to reach him on the phone without the 20-minute waits experienced elsewhere.

The pharmacist here was so helpful and works so hard. Despite the pandemic and lineups out the door he always took our call and helped us track down our PCR tests for our flight.

Re: expedited COVID test. They try, with earnest, but they simply can't provide. 5 days when you purchase 24 hrs! DO NOT rely on them if your timing is of the essence.
