DO NOT HIRE Positive - easy process for booking and slightly cheaper cost than competitors. Negative experience we had: We were moving from a 3 bedroom unit to another 3 bedroom unit. As my partner and I were unable to help with the physical move (heavily pregnant and the other with with a knee injury) we hired an additional person - so 3 in total to make the process quicker and easier, but instead they very much took advantage and were definitely not quicker.... Some examples.... 1. Not efficient and very slow - very much took their time (because we were paying by the hour). Moving us out of our original apartment took the same amount of time as our last move out and in in total with a different company and we had the same amount of stuff. To give context our last move took 5 hours. Xtra Easy took 9 hours!! / 2. They arrived 35mins late apparently due to traffic but didn't call to let us know - we had to call head office and then argue that we shouldn't have to pay for the 40mins. / 3. They took SO many breaks which we still had to cover the cost of. For example they took their first break (for 30mins) after only 1 hour 20mins of working. / 4. The service says they can help with dismantling the beds but they had no idea what they were doing so my partner had to do it while they watched over (rather than carry on moving other things) and they rudely told us we should have done it ourselves the night before. We paid for this service. / 5. Breakages - they broke a handle off my vintage dressing table, they snapped the leg of my tall lamp and broke my lampshade. The team denied it all and said they were already like that but that was not the case and they had tried to cover it up by wrapping them in sticky tape. I completely understand these things can happen and could be a mistake but it was the rudeness and complete denial when we asked. / 6. Overall a really bad attitude - from one of the team members in particular. We tried to discuss this all with head office and all they did was take the call out fee of 30mins off the total cost.]

It’s very hard to find an honest, reliable and trustworthy removalist company when you’re moving interstate as there are so many to chooses from… I was very fortunate to come across ‘ Xtra Easy Removals’. The person you need to speak to is ‘Amanda’. The pricing Amanda gave me was on point. I did not have to negotiate at all. Amanda was an absolute to pleasure deal with. Amanda helped me through the entire process and bent over backwards to accomodate the challenges I had with my move… from re-scheduling to the numerous phone calls that we had back and forth. An example… the building I was moving into had very strict rules on what days/times you can actually move in. I had booked Amanda not knowing these rules. So I was left in major dilemma. Amanda was a life saver… she moved mountains to make my move happen with no complaint… she was always pleasant and very professional on the phone. It was very evident that this was not just about getting the business but it showed me that she actually cared. These traits are very hard to find in businesses these days. The team she worked with to do the actual move was lead by ‘Nicholas’. This guy is a legend… and his team are machines. There we NO issues with my move. They very careful and very professional. I’m summary, if you want to deal with ‘good honest people’ you will not find a better company than Xtra Easy Removals.

Amanda was very understanding and re-assuring. Her listening and caring professionalism are outstanding. She made the high stress of moving, and basically trusting your valued furniture to the “unknown,” a much easier burden to bear. The team with Mario, Youssef and Larsen were hard working, courteous and professional. We had several glass-top furniture and a couple of bookcases with glass doors and nothing was broken. We also had two fridges, two lounges, one leather, a flat screen TV, as well as two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an expensive headboard, an office, patio furniture, washer/dryer, several luggage and dozens of boxes! All were moved without any damage… No move is perfect, and there will always be minor issues that can be improved, but if any guys can do it with the least worries and a top quality service, it is Amanda and her team at Xtra Easy Removals. They are a top notch company which delivers good service. If you want reliable, professional, no worries moving, they are the ones to choose. I would recommend them without any reservation.

Amanda is a liar and unprofessional person. First of all she promised to send 3 professionals for me at 7 am but instead she sent me 3 unprofessional people at 11am (3 hours late and after many contacts). Then it took more than 11 hours for them to do a job that normally take 5-6 hours. she first said everything has warranty and we move everything but then they did not move our tv because they do not have warranty for it and we had to move it ourselves although when i fill out the form online i had mentioned that i have big smart tv so she had to let me know that they are not professional enough to carry a tv. Also her unprofessional people broke two of my clothing drawers. they charged me some compulsory tips although tips is voluntary payment for a very good service not any service. They did not accept card and asked for cash so i paid cash. I could contact fair trading for all these problems but i did not. I just hope nobody else have this terrible experience with this company ever. They have to call themselves "extremely hard not extra easy".

So happy we chose to go with Xtra Easy Removals for our move from Sydney to Orange. Amanda was so helpful throughout the booking process and kept us updated and informed to the lead up of our big move. On the day there were a couple miscommunications that were dealt with promptly by Amanda and her team. The boys, Ray and Marten were very hardworking and caring towards our belongings. Nothing was too hard or heavy for them to move. There was no damage caused to either property and all of our belongings made it to our new house in perfect condition. We have already recommended Xtra Easy Removals to our friend that is moving soon, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who is moving in Sydney. The only thing we are upset about is that we didn’t find them sooner. If you want an easy, stress-free move, don’t choose anyone except Xtra Easy. Thank you Amanda, Ray and Marten. Amanda and her drivers were so lovely and helpful, I was buying a lounge off Facebook marketplace however due to recent my recent surgery I wasn’t able to sight the product myself and relied on the experienced drivers to be my eyes and provide me with their honest opinions, they also sent photos and I absolutely agreed with them. The sale didn’t go ahead but I am so grateful for the service that was provided to me by this company, I will definitely use them again. I’d like to say how happy I was with the way Ray & Marten helped shift my daughter’s fridge from Sydney to Melbourne. They were extremely respectful, polite & genuinely cared about the fridge & were extremely careful when bringing it into the house which was a challenge but they made it look effortless. This company, and the removalists were wonderful. They were able to fit me in with a last minute booking, cater for my request for 3 men instead of 2 and a 16 tonne truck. They made the move so easy. The men were polite, efficiant, and careful with all our belongings. Everything that needed it was wrapped in blankets and bubblewrap (bubblewrap was extra per item). Timely and help dismantle and reassemble all our items.

I was really impressed overall with my experience with Xtra Easy. The guys turned up before the allocated time and let me know when they were on their way. They didn’t muck around and my job was completed quicker than expected. Although there was some confusion regarding my quote, customer service was very good and contacted me quickly to resolve the issue. I rate this company highly and would use them again.

We had a massive moving day. Started at 8am. The boys arrived on time. They were extremely co-operative and professional. They worked consistently throughout the day until 7:30pm. All of our belongings were delivered safely and I was so impressed with the care and communication. I am very happy with the service. The team from Xtra Easy Removals were fantastic. Amanda was lovely and so easy to organise the move with, and Maryos and Gabriel were fantastic on the day. Great communication, friendly, efficient and were very reasonable on price factoring in a long distance fee.
