I called and placed my order and mentioned that I had never been there or order from them before. I asked about pricing and how they did their pizzas. They told me I could get a supreme for a certain price. But I didn't want a supreme so I asked about a meat lovers and it was the same price. However I did not realize that the price is the same no matter what toppings you give on it so I only got three toppings instead of what I normally would have gotten if I had knownI could have had as many toppings as I wanted. The pricing though easy for them is a bit confusing to me. For example their prices include tax, and they do free delivery, but they charge a dollar for credit card use which they never told me about even after they charged me for it. It isn't listed anywhere that I saw and wasn't on their menu either. I had a debit card I could have used if I had known.. Pizza crust was very thin almost like cardboard, but really more like cardstock. I'm not exaggerating. It bothered me that the crust was one of those pre-made pizza crust that you can buy at a grocery store for a couple bucks. It wasn't made out of fresh dough or even frozen dough. The sauce was good. It was a little sweet but not too sweet. However it quickly made the crust soggy. The cheese was rubbery and I believe was probably made with all skim milk cheese oh, but I'm not for certain about that. The toppings were piled high but they only offer 9 choices and they do not have many choices that I would have had on my pizza such as bacon. The edges of the pizza were very burnt, but that probably was because of how much toppings there were and how much it had to cook in the center. There were also no seats to sit and wait for your pizza until it was finished. Though this didn't necessarily bother me, it should be noted that no hairnets nor gloves were used in the preparation of food and since it wasn't a Ready-to-Eat product it is legal to do what they did. All in all, we will not be ordering again. From Domino's you can get three pizzas for the price of one here with many more options like bacon, chicken, hamburger, pineapple, different sauces, real crust, and more. It almost pains me to say it but I would have preferred a Little Caesars pizza or even a DiGiorno pizza compared to this. My wife, who has been begging me to order from here, after eating two pieces asked if it was okay if we could give the rest to the dogs.

As a small business owner myself, and a 40 yr resident of Wanamaker, I am completely blown away at my interaction with your business and extremely disappointed Brian that you see no problem. We completely understand and know that Friday night is an extremely busy time for you, which is why after 3 members of the family could not reach you by phone after 30 minutes, and I was driving in from TN, decided I would arrive at your business, place our order and expect to wait another 1 hour. However, as I arrived several people were leaving upset and with pink flyers. I went inside and excited to see familiar faces only to be greeted with "we don't take counter orders, and handed a pink flyer." I continue to stand there as she took phone orders and once had her attention said, I literally just drove in here and can't believe you won't take an order when I am standing right here....and yes I was loud. Brian your response that this is how you do business was shocking. Why would you turn away business? Someone is there willing to order and pay and wait...that is how much they enjoy your product and your response was you have to call? I have known you my whole life and my mother is still a well known resident in Wanamaker. We will NEVER patron your business again. We wish you the best of continued success, but hope you change your way so that others who may have not experienced this great pizza does not have to experience what a veteran patron did.

We came from Noblesville to get pizza that was recommended from our camping group on Facebook. The website said they closed at 10. They changed the hours, and we tried constantly called for 45 minutes. and they took the phone off the hook. The lady was extremely rude. She said they were closed and it was in the menu, and I told her that they needed to change the website. Never again will I step foot in this place again. If they are that rude and can't change the website, then they don't deserve my business. I will let my camping recommendation know how horrible customer service is and how rude they are, and it is not worth my time. Can't answer the phones or put on a voice mail stating they are closed?. Poorly managed!! Not all lost, though. We ended up at a real pizza shop on Midhoeffer called Just Pizza, and their customer service was awesome. and the pizza was great! So, not all was lost!!

I have heard many good words about this local pizza shop, so we decided to give it a try. We got bread sticks and cheese, a 7 inch pizza and a large pizza. I like that you can get any toppings and no extra charges. But they do have items you can use as a topping that isn't on the menu, such as pineapple. The bread sticks were amazing. Soft and delicious. The pizza was different, it is a sort of pizza you have to eat with a fork and knife. Very messy. Mine had alot if taste, but they put onions on mine I didn't ask for. The crust was sort of hard making it hard to cut with a knife. I got tired if trying to cut it and eventually just stopped eating. It was okay. I would go back. Just not really my taste and I enjoy eating my pizza with my hands not. Fork and knife. Good for a small pizza place.

I grew up on The Ordinary Pizza..I have been told for a while now to try The Xtrordinary Pizza. I can assure you it did not disappoint. It taste just like what I grew up on. 1. The Staff (forgive me I forgot your names) Were extremely friendly. I asked them their backstory on how they came to be and they had no problem telling me...Ill let them tell you if you want to know. 2. The price of the pizza is great! If you want a lot of toppings its the place to go as to they dont charge for extra toppings. If you want just cheese maybe go to the ordinary. I highly Recommend this place. We have ordered from xtraordinary multiple times and we have never encountered a problem like we had last night. We ordered a pizza at 7:14PM, and by 9:50 we had received NO PIZZA. We called the store multiple times throughout the ordeal and they kept reassuring us that we would get our order. 10:00 passes and we have NO PIZZA. We call the store a final time and they said that the pizza was delivered, to a house full of men. The delivery driver did not deliver to our house, as my household is all female. They did not, and still do not, seem interested in making this right, and I'm very disappointed with the service that we have received thus far.

Had the unfortunate luck of ordering a pizza from this place a week or so ago. Aside from the entire establishment reeking like something was on fire, the personal pizza I had ordered over the phone took close to half an hour longer than I'd been told to be finished. The pizza is cheap, but for good reason. It's just entirely grease, with a faint taste of cardboard. I've never had something as... bland, as this. Wouldn't recommend unless you're just that desperate.

Don’t sleep on Xtrordinary! I live on the other side of town so when I was visiting family and offered to bring pizza, of course google wanted me to go to the Ordinary. But there was some crazy parade going on which made it impossible to get to. Luckily that led me to Xtrordinary. It’s hard to see from the road but it’s back there. Service was great and you have to love the “no toppings or all the toppings” same price angle. Pizza was LOADED with toppings and was very good. Give this place a shot and don’t be an Ordinary lemming like I almost was :)

I came here after a recommendation. I didn't find it enjoyable. First, most people were not wearing masks. This included the gentleman making the food. I ordered pizza and breadsticks. The cheese was not good. It was bland and tasted off. I got through half a breadstick and couldn't finish it. The pizza tasted fine. There are tons of topping. I picked it up and brought it home. I live about 10 min away. The crust was completely soggy and wet. I think it's from the toppings. The restaurant is a little hard to find. It is in an outbuilding behind the strip. I know people love this restaurant. It just wasn't for me.

Yalllll!!! I will NOT EAT ANYONES PIZZA AGAINNNN!! this is absolutely xtrordinaryy pizza. We tried it for the first time at our nephews' open house. I ordered for the very first time and this pizza is amazing, I'm really funny about trying new pizza places because it is never what it seems but you can literally feed 5 to 6 people with a large I ate one piece and stuffed, it was good thick and crispy on bottom this is definitely my to go to for pizza for now on! Amazing!!! Ordered wings also couldn't even eat my pizza filled me up but tasted the wings and really good. Wow it's amazing how one time they make great pizza ordered again and was nothing but a box of grease couldn't even eat it. So I guess figure out who is cooking on what day lol

When I went in, the person behind the counter asked if I was having a good day. I had been stressing over an event I was coordinating all day and after a moment of thought, I decided to answer honestly and say no. The person replied "Good" then realized what I had said and we both had a laugh. Definitely helped with the stress! Also the pizza was delicious and there were no leftovers after the party! The pizza is bafflingly bad. This place came highly recommended, and I was confident from all the positive reviews. I am so confused. The pizza tastes exactly like the Chef Boyardee pizza kits, but worse. The crust was limp and chewy, picking up a piece causes everything to slide off. All the toppings are buried under the cheese so they never crisp. The cheese solidified on the way home and was so hard to eat. I've had bad pizza before, but never one I've had to completely throw out. My family is so disappointed, we thought we were going to find a new favorite.

My job orders from here a lot. I decided to tried them. I'm so glad I did. They are not stingy with the toppings, price is great, customer service is a freshing different then want I have seen lately. They are at my job at least once a day and our always friendly. I even came across town to get a pizza. You have a customer for life. If you haven't tried them. Please show them some love. The pizza is like Jack's pizza it's a great pizza. And they are a small company. So let's throw them some love in these hard times. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Even delicious on day 3! I just reheated the last bit of my leftovers, and it tasted just like the first day. Happy to know that they are maintaining the same delicious, piled-high pizza while everyone else is focused on cutting costs! We tried the parmesan breadsticks. They were okay but not the best - kind of dry. I would suggest coating them with a garlicky butter after baking to give them a little more flavor depth and moisture. I'm ready for another pizza, though!

I’ve read some of their bad reviews and in my opinion it’s just “knit picking” I mean come on people. Things like “oh it’s too greasy”……ITS PIZZA or “the crust is too thin and toppings fall all over the place” when in fact I’ve been going to the for a very long time and only known them to advertise the it is a “knife and fork” type of pizza. But I guess people will be people in their perfect world. All I know is they are one of my “go-to” places and probably will continue to be for several reasons over their competition.

This place is racist and just think that they can talk to you any kind of way. Because of their mistake and I took the pizza back in there was a problem and a dude walked around the counter as if he was going to do something. I'm a 2 time Golden Glove champ and would have done all of the but because of the respect that I had for the other people in there i did. Love their Pizza there's no doubt awesome Pizza. But I ordered the BLT and I was disappointed. The bread was hard no mayonnaise they must have forgot to put it in the bag I asked for extra lettuce and they gave me a little bit of lettuce. I had to put it in the microwave so I could eat the bread. I ate maybe not even quite half. And put it in the trash. I hate to even complain because they have the best pizza. But the BLT sandwich I will never order another one I was so disappointed

Just ordered from xtrordinary pizza for the first time! Service went like this... ordered a vegetarian pizza with all the veggies they sell except for mushrooms. Waited for an hour and 20 for a pizza that has meat!!!! When we called back we were met with argument instead of service. Now I have no dinner because the woman on the phone refused to accept she made a mistake. Not everyone eats meat! delivery guy was nice, but not nice enough for me to order from there again

Came here a half hour before they were supposed to close, and they had the open sign on and another car was there getting food, but right as we were coming up a girl ran to the door and turned the open sign off. So we tried to call and the girl said sorry we are closed and hung up. So needless to say we left and thankfully ended up at Old Bethel Ordinary Pizza, which ended up being fantastic pizza and service!

Pizza was good. It does get a bit soggy on the bottom. Do not use Door Dash to order from here. I ordered today and the driver sent me message that they had to order my pizza after they got there to pick it up and wouldn't be ready for 40 mins. Apparently there is no system for online orders to be processed. So if you want to order from here you have to call or go in. I'm giving it 3 stars for the failed online ordering process and additional wait time.

Out of the 4 separate times I call them, they picked up once, only to badly screw up my order. It was a presentable sausage/pepperoni pizza that we only ate half of, when I asked for all veggies with the 2 meats, so it was not very good when lacking quantity of required ingredients. They offered "a few dollars" off my next order, but they suck at picking up their phone. They lose points for service, although I am sure the other pizzas are great.

Ordered with everything except mushroom and jalapeños. This pizza weighs all of 5 pounds, there in my opinion is nothing better than ground sausage. The only issue is the crust is a bit soggy due to the grease. Over all it is a great pizza. Can’t wait to try the calzone.

We had a 5-star experience. We were driving thru the area and looked up food places and gave it a try. They do not have dining in though. We did place an order at the counter and waited in the car. They have a speaker and called out our name. We got 2 of the personal pizzas and loved them. I actually made two meals out of it. So many toppings which were great and the breadsticks were awesome! The wait time was not long and we would go back.

The service was great, but the building was a little tough to find. The quality of the pizza was horrendous. The pie wasn't cut well so the half-inch thick cheese fell off the pizza when I went to pick it up. The sauce wasn't seasoned and tasted bland. The toppings were good and the parmesan bread sticks were decent. We might consider ordering again if all the other pizza places in the area were closed down for some reason.

We have ordered delivery service at least 3 or 4 times a month from here. I called tonight to get our normal order delivered and they said they don't deliver to us and never have. I ased to speak to a manager and I was hung up on. I called back and she answered again and said we don't have time for people like you! I said I would leave a review and the lady on the phone said who cares. Horrible!

I ordered a pizza from Xtrordinary Pizza and picked it up on my way home from work. I was tempted to grabbed a slice for the drive back home, but decided to be patient. I swear it was worth waiting till I got home to fully enjoy all of this deliciousness! Their pizzas are full of flavor and was worth the drive. Their customer service was pretty good too. This is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time!

A hidden gem... Xtrordinary Pizza tucked off on the southeast side of town serves just that extraordinary pizzas. They truly pile on the toppings. Room for improvement... the pizza is kinda of greasy, leaving the crust in the center soggy. And the main ingredient they pile in is the sausage. Wish there were more of the other toppings. But over all I like it. Good flavor. You fill up on 2-3 pieces. I'll return.

Can't say enough about this pizza. After trying the "ordinary" one down the road last week, wanted to check this one out and it lives up to its name. Extraordinary! I joked I came all the way from my 530 area code, and the friendly staff stated it's the best in the world. I agree it is the best in its style. Will be my go-to pizza whenever I'm here visiting. Look forward to trying the calzone, too.

Let's start out with the sweet girl that took my phone order, she was so sweet and not rushed eventhough I could hear they were busy! Then when I picked up the order the girls were so friendly and happy! The pizza was very good but the breadsticks I thought would be homemade. The cheese sauce was meh and the little cups weren't filled up all the way. But they get 5 stars cause everything else!!

The good: they are very, very generous with pizza toppings and at no extra charge. The could be better: the crust is plain and a greasy/crispy mess combo. There is way too much mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Less cheese and add a bit of provolone to mozzarella would really help the flavor (and arteries) here. The sum: super high on toppings (and grease) but somewhat lacking in overall flavor.

Always a nice surprise when you have friendly staff. The guy who I met was cool, and very welcoming. The pizza was delicious, and the TOPPINGS amazing! The breadsticks were also good! Only thing was the inside of the pizza wasn't as hot as I'd like, next time I'll ask to cook for an couple extra minutes. Definitely did not deter me from leaving 5 Stars, and will be ordering again soon!

The personal meatlovers pizza was extremely greasy. Never have I ever had a meatlovers pizza so greasy to the point that it's swimming on the cardboard platter that it was put on. The bread stick cheese is oil based and you can taste the oil. I'd rather go down the street to the other Ordinary and get a personal with a drink

Pizza is always thick and very good tasting. I have been eating here since they opened and always never call at the right time for a calzone cause they always run out cause they are so popular well got one tonight omg they were the best . This pizza recipe is legendary in central Indiana. It's the original recipe from The New Bethel Ordinary. The worker wouldn't elaborate as to how or why they have the rights to the original recipe, and why the Ordinary does not, but I digress... Go out of your way for this pizza. It is as fantastic as the locals say.

Holy Cow Batman! Where I live, there is NO PIZZA that anyone over 12 likes, so it was worth the 5 mile drive to try this place. I love the Ordinary pizza, but I thought I'd try this place for a change and it truly was EXTRAordinary! Piled high with yummy toppings, soft breadsticks and a super great value! Get there.

My first time ordering pizza here. It took an hour and 45 minutes for it to be delivered. I live just a couple of blocks away. Ince the pizza arrived. It wasn't hot. It was soggy it hard to tell if there is even a crust. I have never had such a miserable first and last impression of a restaurant of any kind.

If there were more stars, this place would be worthy! Ordered the Crustless Pizza. Large portion that I could have shared but I didn't. :) Delicious! Friendly, neighborly crew and patrons. I probably would have missed this location if I was driving down the road. Glad I read the reviews and found this place.

This place is amazing! That staff is always super nice every time we go. We drive about 30 minutes from Mooresville at least once a month, this is the only pizza we will buy and it is definitely worth the drive! The flavor is amazing and it is stacked deep with toppings!

I've grown up on Extraordinary's Pizza ever since I was a kid. It's a phenomenal hometown pizza place. Always tastes great and you get way more than what you'd expect to pay for from other pizza places. Food is always great tasting and hot. Never had a single issue.

Every since we found this place I will not order pizza from anywhere else has the most topping on it and never had such good pizza anyway ealse the people are friendly rated number 1 In my family books great job

0/5 DISGUSTING. The cheese was stiff as hell, the crust was like a tortilla, and the wings were more fat than chicken. Everything was disgusting. How this place has anything more than 2 stars is truly beyond me. You're better off ordering from a chain pizza place.

The BEST pizza in Indy! They pile the toppings on. We tried the wings for the first time last night, and they didn't disappoint! You've got to try this pizza.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Food is over the top great! The pizza is NEVER not loaded, has tons of cheese, their deals are great b4 1p, but the prices are really good in the 1st place. I ❤ their mozzarella & pepperoni breadstix. Employees td was so kind & helpful. TY

The pizza had way too much cheese and the crust should be changed to a thicker crust the dough can not handle all the toppings and weight. I like the taste but please change your crust from thin to thick. Good place but I'm not wanting to be constipated

This little place is the best kept secret. Everybody is like super nice and the pizza was fantastic and a lot bigger than I usually get from the franchise pizza places. It was worth the drive and the money will definitely go back a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It’s our go-to pizza place when we have guests. The pizzas are really delicious and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend trying it out if you are a fan of pizza.

Fiya!!!!!! Coworker told me about this place and I wanted to try a new pie spot but didn't know it was so far away from my house. No matter it was worth the drive and now have made it my go to pizza spot. Extraordinarily amazing

Pepperoni calzone was perfect. Cheese is stringy, pepperoni is tasty bread is crispy and soft full of flavor with cheese on the outside and the marinara sauce is good too.

I love ordering from here, but the older lady that answers the phone during night shift is EXTREMELY RUDE, huffing and puffing!!! The man that usually answers the phone during the day is sooo much nicer and very friendly!!

Great pizza that's full of toppings! First time orderers: we bought the 16" and could only eat a piece each. They are not skimpy on their portions. Worth every penny because there is so much pizza! Eaten with a fork.

It tastes alright but it looks like a toddler put it together. Actually, a toddler would have done a better job. And I ordered bread sticks that never arrived. Won't be ordering from here again.

Not good very disappointed!! The crust was way to soggy! The pizza box was literally wet by the time I got home bc the pizza was so soggy. Now we remember why we haven’t had this pizza in years.
