Bought a bike here on Halloween, great price and the service was friendly. They let me test ride my choice and offered minor adjustments to fit my body. However, within a week the back spokes were completely loose, (two spokes actually snapped from the strain and had to be replaced) and upon further checking, most of the components were either poorly installed/tightened improperly or poorly greased. After some work the bike works like a dream again, but the original mechanic work was shoddy and ultimately pretty dangerous to ride on, which is at least half of the consideration when buying a refurbished bike. Get someone you trust to double check anything you get here.

By far the best customer service I have experienced in any city across America; Woody has replaced my tube, handlebar wrap, seat, and brake covers, and I could not be more pleased with his recommendations and workmanship. Highly recommended shop! First time I went I was a little skeptical because it's a small shop. Man was I wrong, they have everything you may need. New or possibly used, all their products are of high quality. Even the used stuff is cleaned up and reconditioned! The prices are great, same price you would pay for something on the internet. Each member is highly knowledgeable and eager to help you. I'm not big on reviews but I felt this is necessary. Give them a shot and you'll see what I'm saying.

I live about a half mile from this shop. I went there to look for a front wheel for my bike. Three wheels have been stolen off of bikes outside my house in less than a year. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was perfect, mainly because it was the same wheel that had been stolen off the bike in the first place. This I did not realize until I got the wheel home. I tried to speak with the manager there but he obviously didn't believe me or didn't care.

Awesome bike shop! Last summer my bike got stolen. I was able to recover it, but it had been stripped of nearly all the essential parts. YEP rebuilt it for me for a fraction of what it would have cost me at any other bike shop. The guys who work at YEP are super friendly and they are doing great work in the Central City neighborhood.

Bought a refurbished mountain bike here. Tried several different bikes, some new some used, all where great quality for a very reasonable price. People were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. There selection rotates frequently so check in often for a deal, or even a steal.

I went to Bike Works with a punctured tire and tube and they were friendly, helpful, professional, and timely. They fixed it up and I rode out in about 15 minutes. Their shop is a great space with everything you need. I will absolutely be going back next time I need a repair!

Not only bought a bike for a great price, but they put it back together when someone damaged it by trying to steal it for basically no cost. Can't thank the man working the front desk enough. Also a great organization for the community, I've definitely found my bike shop.

Quick return of repair. The only thing I didn't like was I was quoted one price on repairs and it changed after they got the bike. Other than that service was good.
